Kanata, unknowingly, put the coup d'etat on the mob by dropping boulders on thier car. I found that part funny. To think the four made sure she wasn't involved with this. You have to love irony. I really do like this series because it really is a slice-of-life of a forgotten troop in a quiet village. |

| Loved them in the mafia outfits ^^. You can say it was insult to Al Capone or whoever you want and you may be right, if the anime was trying to be taken seriously as such, but we all know it was just for the point of making the boys happy~ SO STOP GETTING SO WORKED UP! Favorite episode so far, bringing a bit of backstory a bit of emotion into the moe. Once again not taking it seriously but really enjoyable for it's normal slice-of-life style. And I am going to anger everyone by saying that my love Noel > Rio >/= Felicia Edit: Oh and about the "Invisible Reaper", you can try to fit it in as a bomber or tank but the obvious and logical conclusion is a Chemical/Biological weapon, radiation, or most likely a virus. In my subs, the priest says to Kanata when explaining what happened to them "And when the two of them came to Seize, her mother was showing signs of the illness, and long before...". An explosion doesn't hit you, let you move to another town, give you symptoms of being sick, leave you bed ridden, then die. Unless the tank or bomber used Chemical/Biological weapons... but I doubt this slice-of-life would make something that complicated ^^. Just simple virus explanation is what I think they are going with. |

The anime is too moe to be shooting anybody up mafia style. So I'm guessing the great big secret they were keeping from Kanata is they were involved in illegally distilling liquor? What a disappointment. I was hoping for something more grand... like a top secret military project or something. Pretty much how I felt. I just somehow really don't like how they are moonshining (illegally making and selling alcohol). I mean they are the fucking millitary and just why... This was a pretty bad idea imo. It should have been some kind of a military project or whatever. On the other hand the second half was really nice. Mishio's story was sad :/ I really like Mishio, ever since they first showed her. I don't know why. It's something about her character design, she is like a cute little girl who just makes you smile whenever you see her. I hope she will appear more :) |

| I'm not buying this post apocalyptic setting. It feels too much like the 1930s. Why would there be the exact same car designs as there were in the early 1900's. I'm not saying it has to have futuristic technology. But, make it feel more believable |

| Ok - I seriously thought that scenario was real, and was excited to see the darker part of their team that they tried to protect Kanata from.. Breaking tax laws is pretty risky too, but I would've loved to have such a serious and dangerous a secret like actually being a mob be kept from her. Anyway, Kanata is still adorable |

| Wasn't expecting that, hope it's just for one episode though. Loved their faces when they were shooting. Was always wondering how they were making money, it doesn't seem like the army cares a lot about their platoon (lack of sending supplies and ammunition). But wasn't expecting them to actually address it. Enjoying it so far, needs a bit more music I guess though (hardly deserves the music tag right now) |

| Okay this episode they're really trying to make it become a Baccano theme, and guess what, they've failed miserably. They could have stayed faithful to their original story telling but no, they had to put crazy stuffs in to make it look creative, but turned out to be pretentious instead. |

| The mock-up gunfight was pretty neat, albeit unexpected. I thought for sure they killed those guys for a moment. Filicia looking like a femme fatale in that outfit. Rio holding those gangsters at gunpoint was badass. Proving yet again she's best girl. The non-chronological storytelling was interesting, to say the least. I was a bit confused at first, but most of it made sense in the end. Yumina braiding Mishio's hair at the end was wholesome. Good episode. This was a nice change of pace. 8/10 |

| Why Katana saved the girl and not Yumina? She should be a background character in this story, even the girl never thanked her lol. Meh, the episode failed. Half of this anime completed, 4 bad episodes, 2 ok. |

| I really liked this episode! I liked the mafia/mob thingy they had going on. I was wondering why there wasn't any blood coming out of 'em when they were getting lit up. But it makes sense lol. I also like these kind of episodes where it shifts the focus from one character(s) to another y'know? Seeing things from Kanata's perspective as the other stuff was happening. Mishio's story was sad! :-( &++ Rio looks pretty cute when she's falling asleep lol. |
