It has been announced that Gundam Build Fighters, and its sequel Gundam Build Fighters Try, will be receiving OVAs.

The directors of each TV anime series will be returning for their respective OVAs; Kenji Nagasaki will direct Gundam Build Fighters, while Shinya Watada will direct Gundam Build Fighters Try.

The finale of Gundam Build Fighters Try aired on Wednesday, completing the series at 25 episodes.

I hope for a third season but OVAs are alright also. I wonder how many OVAs we are getting.

Well compare to the other Gundam series that is currently airing, it has a massive fanbase.

I want a third season, but I'm scared they'll screw it up. Like, they pushed on that "World Championship" button so hard during season 2 that I don't want a new cast there--that'd be boring. I want a combination of the major players from season 1 and 2.
Jumping in Headfirst - I hear reading it causes immortality. Warning. Reading may not actually cause immortality.

OVAs are great, wish they'd make plans for a 3rd season too.

These could be amazing. It'd be nice if the two seasons aren't kept too separate, but I suppose we shouldn't be too greedy. Hopefully there'll be more to come after this.

well. the producer himself said that they already received offers for a third season, but he declined those, because they want to take a break from the show.

considering how uneven the production of Try was, this is probably the best decision.
