 The fifth issue of Shueisha's Shounen Jump NEXT!, which will be released next Tuesday, will announce that Kuroko no Basket will get a sequel serialization, starting in the following issue to be released on December 29th. The issue will feature the sequel on its cover and include a color title page for it. The new series will cover the after story of the main manga. | This wasn't a surprise at all for me and I actually welcome it considering the ending felt a bit underwhelming. I wonder if they will face Akashi again for a rematch in the future, should be exciting. |

| Is this going to go the Prince of Tennis route? Training camp? Regardless, I'm glad that Kuroko will be continuing. Though it wasn't as good toward the end as the early parts in the manga. It is one of my favorite series. |
| So what was the point of ending the old one? They should have just moved it from the old magazine to this Next one. But anyway, I'm glad we're getting KnB back, that ending was really disappointing. |
