| defo gonna do a review for the second half and then as whole, was slightly disappointed as there was no clear cut winner to be hikari's partner, and to be fair I can understand why, nevertheless it's been overall brilliant to watch and would luuuuuuuuuvvvvvvv a season 2 but i'll doubt there will be one |
| I personally loved the ending. Looks like we have canon Hikari/Manaka, Tsumugu/Chisaki and implied Kaname/Sayu (implied Miuna/that other guy who had a crush on her? I don't see why they would've had that short scene with him commenting on her otherwise). But anyways, lovely ending for a lovely show. What a ride. 9/10 |

| Finally, I've been going crazy because there were no subs and I didn't want to watch it without them. I am sad that there's only an open ending at the end, but everyone is happy so I'm satisfied . I've never been so immersed in an anime and I can't really explain why. Maybe it's because I love the characters (first time where I liked all the characters),the story, the beautiful animation (eye porn :P) ,music and I am sure the topic sea and my favourite colour blue are also to blame ;) . Sometimes there were moments which were predictable (like Miuna becoming the sacrifice), but these scenes were executed really well and most of the time I couldn't predict what would happen next. And I really liked the time skip that happened at the end of the first cour. I am glad that they explained why Hikari thought that the meeting between ManakaxTsumugu had been a fateful meeting (and now we know: it wasn't ). I also really liked the scene with Tsumugu, Manaka and Akira. It was nice to see Tsumugus playful side. Yeah, I know it's an subjective opinion ,but I don't care. For me it's definitely a 10/10. It was the first time where I've neglected all other animes and where waiting for the next episode killed me every time . My only wish would be to get a clearer ending, but one can't have everything. I will miss this anime. |

| I didn't liked the ending , I mean ... No direct confesions or kisses -_- Nothing really wrapped up. 7/10 Kind of a loss of time , had its good moments though , and the concept was really good. |

| A bit disappointed about this episode, I expected more drama though. And Miuna lost... In my opinion, she was the best girl but at the end she just gave up on Hikari and moved on. I expected Manaka confessing to Hikari or being really closer but I didn't happen. But it still is a beautiful ending. I'll give it a 9/10 but I'm not really sure yet. |

I will miss this anime. couldn't agree more, It was the anime I looked forward the most out of all the other animes I was watching at the same time, it's been a joy to watch, and definitely a 10/10 |
| This series was so damn beautiful. The end was kinda emotional, but thought they would kiss or something. Overall 9/10 for me. I didn't like this in the beginning, but over time I began to love it. Can't say if i want a season 2 or not, but I would definitely watch this again. |

| It was a pretty good end, but to my argument of this is that they "overused" the drama scenes too much and these love polygons is too chaotic and a little confusing from their feelings to that person. Well at least everyone had a happy reunion at the end, with their lives moving forward. 8.5/10 |

| 26 episodes for a safe ending? Maybe I just expected too much. Are they preparing a 2nd season? I think this is good enough, so I don't want one, although it's not completely satisfying. |
| wtf the score is now at 8.43 O_O A sweet, happy, and relatively drama free ending. Didn't make me cry but the episode put a smile on my face with everyone reuniting with their loved ones :). The backstory of the Ojoshi-sama was nice. Akira got Ena! :O Too bad there was no kiss :s but it was a wonderful ride. 8/10 for me |

| I thought this show was awesome, I'm actually glad there wasn't any concrete parings in the end, just implied ones. The relationships between the characters doesn't really fit a generic romantic relationship, so honestly I'm not surprised there was no kissing throughout this entire show. However if the end provided more closure to all of the cast that would have been better. I think this is definitely the most underrated show of the season, final = 8/10. |

| What did i say in episode 25's discussion? It WAS the ojoshi sama who was looking at the sea and basically everything i said came true Thats actually sad considering how predictable it became Yeah, 9/10 due to that ending,dropped from a 10; sad cuz it had so much potential, why all the insane build up then? This anime wasn't as "rewarding" as i thought Happy endings, though, are just awesome and MIUNA IS BEST GIRL (even though she and whatshisface were implied (or whatever) and she gave up on Hikari in the end) But i wanted at least ONE kiss. Just bloody one. grow some balls Manaka. |

| And so the best show of the season ends. I don't know why people get mad at the ending. Its not like they'll recover their feelings and jump into bed or something. I believe, in this case, an open ending is for the best. I loved the sea god story and how they worked that out. |

Manaka says: "Hey, Hii-kun. Do you remember? Five years ago at the Ofunehiki..." "About you wanting to tell me something after it was over, right?" The timeskip between the first and second half was five years, which is what they're talking about. There is no major timeskip in the short "epilogue". |

| A decent ending to a decent show. Definitely kept my interest throughout, but also irritated me from time to time with some of the decisions several characters made. I'm still not a fan of Mari Okada's scripts, I'll see how she does in M3. 6/10. Not bad, but I won't be coming back to this. |
| Quite satisfying ending. I'll consider, for my personal satisfaction, that Manaka and Hikari ended up together. Well, I'm not sure they are but I like to think so, considering what was shown... But the other couples were kinda cute, let's say, so it's a sort of compensation. I expected a happy ending, well I was hoping for it, so I can't be really disappointed, even if I'd have liked to see Miuna moving on, it'd had be the completely happy ending that would have made me really happy. Yet this anime is, I think, one of the best of the past season, and even if I didn't have great expectations from it at the beginning, it turned out to be a really interesting and touching show, with beautiful animation and a dramatic story that really was nicely surprizing sometimes. I'll also miss Nagi no Asukara, and I hope there will be shows as good as this one during the upcoming season... |
| This was a great ending! Sure there were no concrete couples, but you can pretty much figure out where they would be going, and I like that about it. It's very subtle, sort of like the whole series, and I liked that about it. All in all this was a fantastic anime! I couldn't watch a whole lot of episodes at once due to the structure of the series, but it was still a wonderful ride. Lots of emotions, feelings, and ultimately happiness. The music was beautiful, the animation was GORGEOUS, and the characterization was nice as well. I'll give it a 9/10 |

| I will greatly miss this show! This last episode, I must admit, wasn't quite what I was expecting but nonetheless a suitable ending. It was a very beautiful series about change and friendship. I'll miss it! Being the Tsumugu x Manaka shipper I am, I absolutely loved the ending part with Tsu and Ma since we didn't see them interact hardly in the latter half of the series. :) Despite everything, I am okay with Tsugumu x Chisaki, Hikari x Manaka, and I love Kaname x Sayu. And I'm rooting for you school dude! You go get Miuna! I will leave this series with a 9/10 as the ending was sort of just happy-go-lucky and nothing mind blowing. But this series was one of my favorites recently and I loved it so! Now, I must find some Tsumugu x Manaka doujinshi or fanfiction! >.< |
| It was a bit of a let down, but all considering it was good, no loose ends. All of my ships are left sailing smoothly but I would have liked a bit more sweetness for the couples (compared to their friends.) It was a good series. Idk why though but it's really easy for me to forget happy endings but sad ones are burnt in my mind forever... |

| Almost Ideal ending for me. Tsumugu/Chisaki is kanon. Kaname/Sayu too, although their relationship is stil not so deep. And the Miuna - Hikari - Manaka tringle is somehow leant to Hikari/Manaka but for me it's more like threesome ending as I wished. So 10/10 from me and don't even compare it with shitty AnoHana ending. Although it could be more romantic but stil... Especially after Chuu2Koi Ren final, which was really bad in terms of romance. |

| I'm glad there was no timeskip lol. That would be pretty lame. Manaka and Hikari will never date with the sacrifice of Miuna. That would be a big impact on Hikari (and even Manaka). I'm glad they didn't go that route and instead went for this. Also that Manaka x Chisaki |

| I thought it was a good ending to imply relationships instead of just stick them all together and kiss. Now that would've have been too forced. No true couples or kisses for you shippers too bad c:. Thank god Miuna came out alive in the end... The only thing I didn't like about the ending was how it was just a circled around the same idea for the entire episode. Love is from the sea and the backstory. |
