Both are romance harem anime with a guy and five girls and both have a school setting. The main male characters are both similar as well. Shuffle! is more fantasy compared to Clannad's mostly realistic story, with the exception of one mostly supernatural arc.
A guy is surrounded by girls and helps them out with their problems. Also, they both have romance and are school related.
Both have lots of girls that like the protagonist
Shuffle! and Clannad are quite similar school anime.
Similar characters, harem style, drama and comedy parts
If you didn't like the girl Rin/Tomoya choose then watch Clannad/Shuffle!
Because it has the same concept and feeling in the story.
same school life story, 3-4 girls fall in love with 1 guy, and he has to choose one,but the chosen one has a weak body,
although Clannad covers more because of its sequal
-Both animes's setting/story goes by an omnibus format, and have small arcs for each heroine that doesn't diverge from the central plot of the story (with the setting intact)
So similar. The whole harem thing, high school thing and even the girls chosen had similarities. Also both of the main characters best friends were the same! Overall, despite the more supernatural and ecchi Shuffle, these to are really, really similar.
if u watched clannad 1st like i did, then watching this anime will remind you of it, the style and excution of shuffle is virtually exactly the same.
espically around episode 13, when things turn serious.
-Each girl receives her own arc
-Drama, romance, comedy, bromance, school life, all along with supernatural tones
Both start out as a slice of life harem comedy with magical undertone but as the series goes on it takes on dramatic elements.
The story type is very similar to one another. They are both harems.
Just like Shuffle! but better and more emotional
When you like drama then this i something you cant miss.
i have watched both of these and it made my cry a couple of times.
The storyline is awesome, with some twists and turn to keep you interested through the whole serie.
in both series a lot of female characters fall in love with the main male protagonist
I has the basic Harem genre. The main character has to choose between three girl in which eventually he will have to pick the girl he feels the most for and eventually start a life
they are bout loving anime with alot of drama, shuffle tho has some super powers involved, where clannad is more slice of life
The way both anime start off driven mainly by humour and go onto become emotionally charged is very similar. Both main characters help the female cast grow and develop. Clannad is better and deeper, especially when you include the afterstory. So if you liked Shuffle, I reckon you'll love Clannad. If you found Clannad too emotional, and didn't like the family elements of the show, want something which focuses more on romance, and like cartoon boobs, then Shuffle's definitely for you.

They both have girls in love with you guy, but school days are REALLY psychological and requires strong nerves (you'd see why ;) )
Another harem style anime, with a little drama, but much more lighthearted overall. It also incorporates some interesting twists and turns in the plot, but it does not generally leave you sick to your stomach like school days does. I enjoyed both school days and shuffle, and they are both excellent anime.
A bunch of girls like one guy. However, the main character in shuffle! has a different personality than the main male lead in School Days (aka the shuffle! guy is actually sincere). Also, they both get pretty serious towards the end. School Days more so.
What Shuffle has is a great story intertwined through a great plot, but if you think Kaede should have done more for her man, then School Days answers your cries.
both have great storiees and harem.
Both School Days and Shuffle! are two of the better harems out there, in my opinion. Both series start off light, cutesy, and happy, but have darker elements that surface later on in the series. Both School Days and Shuffle! also feature similar character types: yanderes (Kotonoha and Kaede), the loud and energetic type (Sekai and Asa), the quiet girl (Setsuna and Primula), et cetera. I think both are very enjoyable series and fun to watch.
-Both animes focuses very deeply into the story that involves love triangles and one-sided love as well as problems surrounding it.
-School Life/Drama
Another harem style anime where a friendly argument over the love of one man turns slowly in a physically harmful war. In both, a girl turns mentally unstable. Both start off slow but towards the end leaves you in shock.
Both have a main character that can't decide between many girls he can choose from (indecision!). Both take a dark tone mid series when problems begin to arise. Shuffle! has a more overall light mood with some funny moments but can get heavy at times, whereas School Days tends to be much darker altogether. Both are good examples of how indecision can lead to serious problems, especially when it envolves human relationships. Also both plots occur mostly in High School featuring students. They have very good plots and have a lot of twists and turns. However, these shows are definitely *not* for the weak of heart.
Both have yandere: Keade and Kotonoha. "nuff said
These both animes are taking place in school environment. I think that Shuffle is more fun-based anime, while School Days is more serious about situation. Both of main characters are surrounded by girls from everywhere. I must say that Rin from Shuffle is a guy with a character and heart, while Itou from School Days is somehow total bitch.
Althrough, I really enjoyed both of these animes as they have lot in common (at least first halves of them do). When I first saw Asa, I've instantly imagined Sekai from SD. You'll see why. :)
The last 6 episode of Shuffle remind me of School Day. And on top of that both series are highschool harem, romacne & drama. If you enjoyed School Day then you might like Shuffle however if you like Shuffle you might not 100% enjoy School day

As in Shuffle!, there is a wide variation of characters. The story is based on magic, similar to Shuffle!'s main plot. There is also quite a resemblance between character personalities. I also recommend Da Capo: Second Season.
Almost the same kind of harem jealousy found in both. Male protagonist approach varieties of unique female characters and ultimately found his true love.
Both are enjoyable harem shows with good emphasis on poignant and dramatic moments. Both also boast of good musical scores which enhance the feel of the series.
They're similar in a way that they're both harem series. When I watched Shuffle! it gave me thoughts about DC. There's only a tiny difference between the two, the other one's somehow predictable unlike the other one...
You can see many similarities in both series. Such as the character personalities and changes such as Sakura and Kaede(The "Psychos"), and Asa and Nemu (The "Victims").
you'll know it when you watch it :D
both many girl fallen in love in one guy
both are typical harem series with loads of attractive and unique females all in love and fighting over the same not-so-attractive, not-so-unique guy
-Both animes's setting/story goes by an omnibus format, and have small arcs for each heroine that doesn't diverge from the central plot of the story (with the setting intact)
-Each girl receives her own arc
-Drama, romance, comedy, bromance, school life, all along with supernatural tones
Same premise, harem, but different characters and story.

Both simular in ways where Rin in (Shuffle!) & Yuuichi (Kanon) recieve alot of attention from the main female characters and have a good comedy side!
They're both Supernatural, Harem, Romance with plenty of comedy and drama. Each revolves a around 5 girls with plenty of MOE appeal and male similar protagonist with the same voice actor. ^_^
Both are about a boy w/ many female love interests
Shuffle! and Kanon are quite similar school anime.
Shuffle and Kanon 2006 are both harems with supernatural elements based off visual novels. Shuffle and Kanon 2006 both have five main girls. Many of the characters are similar in personality:
Yuuichi-Rin
Mai-Primula
Makoto-Asa
Ayu-Sia
Shiori-Nerine
Nayuki-Kaede (sort of)
-Both animes's setting/story goes by an omnibus format, and have small arcs for each heroine that doesn't diverge from the central plot of the story (with the setting intact)
There both herim anime with mess-up and confused girls who's attracted to a guy who they all met when there younger, but he cant remember meeting them.
Both are mystery/romance shows about a high school guy in a town where half the women knew him ages ago, only he can't remember them, and he starts to get involved in everyone's lives, trying to help, etc.
Kanon is a more serious show throughout, with funny/sweet moments throughout, while Shuffle spends the first half as a typical harem comedy, almost forcing out jokes sometimes, and one half as a drama. In my opinion, Kanon is a better show in the drama department, because Shuffle seems to pull things out of thin air to corce some drama, while in Kanon, even though they do that a few times, it's much smoother and better implemented.
-Each girl receives her own arc
-Drama, romance, comedy, bromance, school life, all along with supernatural tones
Both are solid harem/romance shows with similar protagonists. Supernatural themes exist in both, predominantly in Shuffle!
Both anime deal with a main male lead who is loved by women that he has met in his childhood, but forgotten.
both stories involve a human boy who's surrounded by many girls of different races... in rosario, they have different types of monsters and in shuffle, they have gods, demons, demi-humans, and humans...
both are about 1 guy and many girls who want to be his girlfriend
in both of this animes there is one boy, liked by many girls)))
both animes are about a guy surrounded by a bunch of girls who all want to be his girlfriend
- An average high school guy and a half dozen (not quite human) girls trying to marry him
- Other realms: gods and demons in one, monsters in the other
- Plenty of boobs and panties
What's not to like?
In both anime one main guy is surrounded by main girls and he has to choose between them that one girl that he wants to be with. And also both anime have some pervert scenes...

Soft hearted Harem with Similar male lead who gets all the hot girls
Both Animes have a strong cast of characters. Most notably the main characters who actually have personalities which is not common for many visual novel adaptations. Overall feel is the same as well, with the show having at least one episode dedicated to each girl. This leads to the ending being up in the air for the most part as each girl has had about equal screen time.
Look at these girls and this guy, it is oubviously that they are alike
Both got the same kind of harem
both got this main male character that don't understands it
both got looke like art style to it
• Both male lead gets all the hot girls
• Artwork resemblance
• Harem
All these girls( most wierder than the last) surrond this boy
Similar plot, two girls have to marry an ordinary boy, but in Shuffle one of the girls is the princess from heaven and the other is the princess from hell.
Akane-iro ni Somaru and shuffle share many things in common there both revolved around a boy that must decide a girl from a huge harem. They are both funny, and dramatic all at the same time i guarantee if you like one you'll like the other.
The romance level and the character interaction are very similar.
Well there's romance in both, and even though they have a lot of differences when I was watching Shuffle! certain scenes reminded o me of Air (I won't spoil any thing) and there's a bit of supernatural in both as well.
-Both animes's setting/story goes by an omnibus format, and have small arcs that can either or not be diverging from the central plot of the story (with the setting intact)
-Each girl receives her own arc
-Drama, romance, comedy, bromance, school life, all along with supernatural tones
First off, when I see Haede, I can not help but be reminded about Mizusu (they look the same OMG!) And when I see Rin I can't help but see Yukito. Both have three girls who surround one boy.
-Both animes's setting/story goes by an omnibus format, and have small arcs for each heroine that doesn't diverge from the central plot of the story (with the setting intact)
Both talk about demons and are harem animes
Man i wish i could talk to the ladies like this guy. If i could be any guy in any anime it would have to be this guy. He is smart, awesome at games, and is able to get any chick to fall in love with him. If you like guys who can talk girls to fall in love with him than watch THE WORLD GOD ONLY KNOWS.
Is difficult to say wich is the better harem: Both has the best heroines and plot development in any harem so far.

Producers:FUNimation and Entertainment
Genres:Drama, Ecchi, Romance, Harem
Rating: R+ - Mild Nudity
They both have similar type of animation.
And if you liked Shuffle, you will like Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai. :)
from the same creator NAVEL!!
Both animes are from the same creator with similar themes. Both being a little ecchi also.
Both series features strange stories with many female cast members that features ecchi, comedy, drama, and romance.
There is a strange fixation in the series with a mysterious background as the episodes progresses.

They are both supernatural harems so they are similar in a lot of respects. The characters parallel each other and in both series, the male lead is forced by the father to marry his daughter and become the heir to a throne. Great mixtures of comedy and relationships.
Both are Supernatural & harem.
And the guy is forced to make a decision of who he loves.
Rito from To Love Ru has to make a choice between two girls, Haruna, a normal human girl and an alien, Lala. There are other girls who love him who have yet to confess. On the other hand, Tsuchimi Rin from Shuffle faces a similar situation, he has two new girls introduced in to his life who are both non-human beings and wishes to marry him. He, in similar aspects to Rito, is a candidate to beautiful non-human being girls and is loved by several other girls in his school.
Some of aspects that make these two different are:
1.
To Love Ru was specifically aimed especially to merely entertain its viewers with perverted scenes. To Love Ru makes a very excellent comnedy. On the other hand, Shuffle develops its plot and the charcters by allowing the viewers to become sympathetic towards Nerine, Sia, Kaede, Primula, and Asa, by peering into their pasts, making Shuffle a dramatic anime.
2.
To Love Ru was set whereasin the charcters are intereacted human to aliens, but Shuffle was developed so that the demons, deities, and humans interact one another. Note: Some people will find it awkward that the female characters who are demons and gods alike look as attractive as humans do. Personally, I found it a bit difficult to accept the fact that Nerine, a HELL princess, was really beautiful because in many cultures, demons are ugly and detested.
These are two great harem anime I think, (i personally have played the hentai game of shuffle!). The animation is really great in To LOVE-ru. Also there is another version of To LOVE-ru that is apparently closer to the manga.
both really good, some magic(kind of) involved
Story and main character's relationships with other girls are very similar.
There is about something about magic
These two anime are really similar in some ways. The beginning scene of these two anime are almost exactly the same. And the romance part is pretty similar too. Kirino and Kaede are almost the same character. I definitely reccomend Shuffle to anyone who likes Gift ~enternal rainbow~
Both magic, ecchi, harem animes with little violence in it.
So if you like the one you I'm sure you will like the other, even though Shuffle has Drama in it.
Very similar charactors, typical harem/ecchi anime but with good stroy development similar to Shuffle in terms of story, alot of misunderstadning, great art work, great fight seens and alot of chactor development similar to shuffle.
Both series are classified under the typical harem genre. As such, the main protagonist is surrounded by girls with conflicting personalities. Additionally, both series has the supernatural side...in this case, demons. Finally, both anime has a protagonist that isn't completely pathetic unlike some harem leads.
Another harem style anime, with similar (but vastly improved) humor, and much greater sentimentality with a whole lot less predictability. Basically a huge upgrade, watch Love Hina first, then move on to Shuffle!
First, both anime focus on a typical nice guy surrounded by beautiful women who (not all at first) have intense feelings of love for him. Just being around the guy seems to make other women fall for him in both animes.
They both have a serious side and a wild, funny side. I got mostly the same emotions from both anime series. Shuffle! goes the step further than Love Hina and gives you some partially nude shots.
There both herim anime with strong women and wimpy guys.
Both are romances in a school based setting
Both we're based on h-games
More then one girl is in love with the male guy.
Male ends up with the unexpected girl.
Very similar,
Tells each side of the girls stories.
shuffle its a Comedy, Drama, Ecchi, Harem, Psychological, Romance, School Life, Science Fiction, Seinen, Supernatural, Tragedy but it is very similar only difference is that shuffle is more epic than this anime i reccomend that you watch shuffle very good anime
Similar themes involving demons and the supernatural. Both series also contain harem-like themes as the main character struggles his feelings.
The concept is very similar to that of this show and the animation is really similar too. In Sora there are two angels and thats about it but in shuffle there are bunches of demons and gods. Shuffle is a little more going for the romantic drama type anime while Sora no O. is going for the comedy anime.
If you really liked Sora no Otoshimono then u will like Shuffle! Becouse there similiar -
- Girls from another world.
- Much girls surounding one boy like in Sora no Otoshimono.
Don't know what to write more.Just watch and you will see yourself ;)
Both series have supernatural characters, and in both relatives of the main female characters are trying to get the main female and male characters together
Story about the love and past days
Both are harems involving a bishounen male lead and several girls with different personalities and traits. They both have the same sort of "ecchi romance" with darker undertones (including insanity, split personalities, unrequited love and for Yosuga no Sora, love between twins).
Both are Ecchi harem with alot of panties and such.
Harem... Lovely and kawaii girls. What could I said? They both are the same to me.
Harem!
Shuffle! , however, does have more of a plot and is more worth the time because the characters really develope to become something completely unexpected, just saying.
They are pretty similar, if you watch the two, I'm sure you'll make the connection. For starters, they both somehow involve demons and goddesses. And they are both romantic.
Both are about harems of a human with gods, demons and other humans
There a bunch of girls and one boy. They have hidden secrets also like H2O and have romance!
These are similar because they make you think, they provoke you and try to relate to you. It's very touching so I suggest them to you.
If you somewhat found this Harem interesting then you will definitely love this one. ^_^
Shuffle is also an ecchi harem where 5 girls are in love with this same boy. In my opinion shuffle has better graphics/animation/quality than Ichigo 100% and even the storyline (but that is what i think ^^).
Moreover, like Ichigo 100%, Shuffle has an unexpected ending and never gets boring
Enjoy :D
Similar concept both circle around school except instead of Gods and demons there are Aliens called DearS
Great canditate for a top love romance.
-Both animes's setting/story goes by an omnibus format, and have small arcs for each heroine that doesn't diverge from the central plot of the story (with the setting intact)
Slice of life, and both with a good story
OK just go see the page of high DxD.. i can't believe there not a recommandation between those two anime... The genres are just so similar if you love one of those 2 you will defitively love the other one... They just go together XD
Both are about demons/devils and school life
Shuffle is also about Gods and Demons going to earth and experiencing the life of being human and falling in love with a human. n_n
both are harem anime with gods in them

both animes have one main guy who gets all the other girls aka harem cast while the other guys have no enjoyment in life :D
-Each girl receives her own arc
-Drama, romance, comedy, bromance, school life, all along with supernatural tones
Both have good stories, as that's all I care about.
Both of Shuffle! and Nagasarete Airantou is a harem and humor anime.
It's similar to me mostly because they are two esstinal worlds in both animes that a very similar.
-Each girl receives her own arc
-Drama, romance, comedy, bromance, school life, all along with supernatural tones
they both have girls fighting over him like haruka little sister wants yuto for herself(and the maids)
Darker Than Black Gemini is like the last few episodes of Shuffle. It is Dark but has romantic stuff in it.
These 2 shows are very similar and i couldn't believe i didn't see it as a recommendation. One guy surrounded by crazy girls.....trust me there similar.
Both are tragic comedies. Although Angel Beats is more comedy, And Shuffle is more sad, They both have great character develpment that you never really get bored with
they have a very similar concept at the start of being a little sexy and then later becomes very serious
Mystery, Drama, Ecchi, Magic, School, Harem
i really do not know why i would do this Cute are cool battles one has better voice acting then the other
These anime both have a sudden girlfriend appearances in them. In shuffle it is them wanting to marry the male lead when in girls bravo they want to date him. Girls bravo has a lot more fan serve in it than shuffle. Both also have magic. In girls bravo that magic is mostly black magic though when in shuffle it is not. Both are harem anime. They are both funny a lot of the time.
Both have to do with highschool students. in shuffle and boys over flowers/hana yori dango, the main charcter's affection goes back and forth betweena few people. in shuffle its the boy who can't choose which girl, but in boys over flowers/hana yori dango its the girl who can't choose.
The main protagonist is loved by the girls around him. In both, the girls are extremely beautiful and are unique in a way and seem awfully appealing. In Kampfer, the boy has special powers unlike the boy in Shuffle.
Both have dark story-lines and twist's.
conflict between the main characters
Super-natural themes
drama
dramatic build up
entertaining
There are a bunch of girls that are really hot. A main guy who gets all the girls to fall in love with him. If you don't like a super annoying girl that you just want to shut up dont watch the zero show. But still the moments in both are hilarious and serious.
Cool guy that all the girls fall in love with. Note= Darker than Black is a lot of action, notmany romantic scenes but has great ones though.

Tokimeki and Shuffle are hilarious harems where there are similiar characters in each show. Both have a shy girl, a shool idol, and a funky outgoing chick. i guarantee that if you watch one show you will LOVE the other. ;)

They both are romancer based anime, usually about a gut finding a girl he likes, but there is always a problem like a promise or another girl, Shuffle is about Rin who lives with a girl name Kaede, who are child hood friends, and then some other girls come from different worlds one from the god realm and the other form the demon realm, He has to choose between them, which one to marry, he has many problems like 5 girls liking him, 2 from his school. 2 from the other worlds and 1 his childhood friend and a girl comes along who was from the demon realm, Rin grows to think of her as a little sister, everyone does but there is a problem she gets a terrible disease and it shakes everyone and causes more problems, and with green green a guy(sorry forgot his name) he makes a promise to a girl long ago that they will meet again, later on in another life, they do and it takes place at an all boys school (and girls come to visit) which is bound to cause problems, The main chracter and his perverted friends try to find love, and the main chracter tries to remember his past.
Bunch of girls. A guy who has been with a girl for a long time and she is like his sister is in love with the guy when he chooses another woman she goes crazy. Then it goes back to normal. Kei=Kaede
shuffle + myself;yourself are anime based on high school, it was happy in the begginning, but went downhill with the happiness, and also the girls have a secret that is really bad.
well first they are happy then you start learning about the characters more and it gets sad but ends up ending happy both are realy good and i like both anime so ya
Shuffle! and To Heart 2 consists of a typical harem romance set-up, where the main character is liked by a number of attractive girls, and he must choose which girl he wishes to be with or not.
Like Kaede, Haruka took care and grew up with the guy Taiko that she fell in love with, but she watches a new girl Himea steal her love of her life away. Haruka tries to impress her love by making him tons of bento lunches.
Like Rin, Taiko met Himea (a vampire) during his childhood and doesn't remember her until he's a teen.
Himea= Sia, Nerine, Primula..
Soul Link is made by the same people who made Shuffle! Even though the stories are very different, I like both of them. If you wanna watch the other one, I'm gonna tell you again that the stories are VERY VERY DIFFERENT. Shuffle! is about a school-life and all the girls love the guy, I think that all of you know that gerne, Soul Link is more the action thing with weapons and the story takes place in outer space. If you still wanna watch the other one, go ahead, don't know if you will like both but I really do! =D
IT has 5 women who compete over one man a princess of heaven, and princess of hell, a powerful little girl, and two earth girls.
IT is about three girls after one man
While most of parts of the anime are upbeat and fun, there is also a dark side to it. The characters will tell truth about themselves and one of the cute bishojo in the stories will show a dark side of themselves.
Another harem anime similar to this is Shuffle!, but it's not that similar. It's similar because it's unpredictable somehow.
Yoake mae Yori ruri Iro Na (aka crescent love) wasn't linked to another, and I thought that it was such a fantastic romance that more people should find it. Similarities perhaps between the two would be loves from other "worlds", school. And a captivating love story.
Both series belong to a small group of harem anime that are actually good. The drama and characters (all of them in True Tears, and a sufficient number in Shuffle) feel genuine and engaging. While I have low expectations of harem series by default, these two proved to be exceptions to the rule.
Rosario + Vampire is similar to Shuffle! because of its Harem and Drama. While shuffle is twisted & heart warming, Rosario seems to be only heart warming when we are talking about the drama of the story. And threw it all they are similar in the HAREMNESS

Both Karin and Shuffle go to school but has a twist in the story where something bad happens at the end.

Both series have a demon and angel worlds(god world in shuffle), both have harem in them, altough shuffle has more plot and is less ecchi then macademi wasshoi.

girls showing up saying they're in love with the lead male and a huge harem

In Shuffle Rin is chosen to marry Sia (princess of gods) or Nerine (princess of demons ). However, some girls that are Rin's childhood friends love him but shy to say so. Five beautiful girls and one guy. How will Rin chose ?
In _Summer Kaizu Takum that is surrounded by alot of cute girls. His friend asked "Is there any girl you love?” Ever since his friend asked him that question Kaizu has been interested in girls. Who will he chose?

Well shuffle and school rumble are both comedy romance series
Shuffle: has more romance but also has comedy
School rumble: has more comedy but has the same sort of story as shuffle but there's never anything super serious like in shuffle

Well magic is part of the plot in both series, but they way I see it is there's one guy surrounded by girls that love him in one way or another. Both of them have their "moments" and even though it's a bit awkward, it's funny.

They both are harem/ magical anime, for one. Also, they both are just brilliant shows. Sure, Negima may center around a magical classroom, but Shuffle expands from the classroom into showing how this magical girls interact with the world. Negima had robots, ninjas, vampires, wizards, ghosts, etc. Shuffle has angels and demons, a kind of step up. So i definately reccomend Shuffle for Negima lovers.
