Kouta, a country boy who lives with his grandfather, is now moving to the city to attend high school. Changes come with his new home and new school, but nothing could have prepared the gentle young man for girls, specifically a bombshell fox spirit named Chizuru. As if her aggressive advances weren't enough, he also catches the attention of a frosty wolf spirit named Nozomu.

Kouta is dragged into supernatural events as a result of his contact with the two girls, and his school life only gets more chaotic by the day. But with a girl who gives "foxy" new meaning and another howling after him, things are looking up for his love life.

Kanokon's story revolves around Kouta Okayama, a young first-year high school student who moves from the country to the city and thus transfers to Kunpo High School. On his first day at his new school, a beautiful second-year female student named Chizuru Minamoto asks him to meet her alone in the music room. When he arrives, she reveals that she is in fact a fox deity and from that day on the two hang out together. Nozomu is a first year female student at Kouta's school, she is in fact a wolf deity and in love with Kouta, and a rival of Chizuru for Kouta's read more

So this anime is one of those that you either love it or hate it, you will like it if you like Ecchi a lot, you will hate it if you don't.

Is not a complex story, i don't think there's a story but you have a high school group of friends in which most of them are not normal humans but spirits in form of humans. The story revolves around Kouta and Chizuru and later on Nozomu, both of them will tease Kouta with their bodies but this kid is a wuss and does nothing with them, only screams when this happens, tho sometimes he read more

If you're not into ecchi shows, steer away. If you like them, maybe you'll enjoy Kanokon. If you like wolf/fox girls as well, Kanokon is a show you probably want to watch.

The premise is basic, and not really original. The "hot" girl (Chizuru), who also happens to be a fox spirit, is totally in love with the most lady-shy boy (Kouta) around. Then another one comes (Nozomu), she is a wolf spirit at that, and guess what? She happens to love him too. They both fight for his attention with a lot of ecchi antics, and the rest I'll leave to your imagination...

The story itself read more

Kanokon never gave me a boring moment to think about why I am watching this. First off, this is a "love it, or hate it" anime. Those who can withstand the ecchiness will love it, else they'll find it very annoying or to some extend even disgusting (repulsive is the word I am getting at...). It is plainly obvious that the anime is targeting the MALE audience. Yes girls, this anime is NOT FOR YOU! With that in mind, we'll proceed with the review.

This is perhaps THE closest anime to hentai you can ever find (well, lets just say it is at least on par read more

Anime: Inukami!
Inukami also has a diety involved in the main plot, and the ecchi aspect is off the scale. Has a generous ammount of comedy along with an enjoyable story, its a series that gives you the feeling should i be watching this, or awww...kawaii

Anime: Kiss x Sis (TV)
They both share similar ecchi epicness. Kiss x Sis (TV) is starts out more extreme than Kanokon, but they are both definitely together on the pushing edge of the ecchi genre.
