| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- That was freaking awesome. This adapted parts of volume 2 including the game of Prosfair. And I gotta say, that is quite an unique game and Klaus seems to be a pro at it. Very stylistic episode again. I just love the creativity of this series. And there's also some bits of more foreshadowing as well. |

| The game was actually quite interesting, though it really is quite the dynamic game. How the road leading up to their was an one-way traffic and how some buildings were upside down too. It showed how grim it was for the players to even have a shot to get what they want. 99 hours, Klaus was really cool in this one. If 9 hours does that much damage and it only becomes exponentially harder, can't imagine just how many times harder it was for Klaus. |

| I think I'm really in love with the OST they're using. Overall, I think I enjoyed this episode even more than the previous ones - despite less focus on action. Definitely confirmed for best title of Spring. |

| This might be one of the best shows in the whole year so far. Holy shit the direction and cinematography in this episode. When the chorus part of Ode To Joy started playing I got legit chills. Everything about this just perfect. 9000/10 |

| Very different from the first two episodes, but not in a bad way. The 'chess' match was surprisingly much more intense than anything I was expecting from this series this early on and the episode was over before I knew it. I kind of wish they were playing chess though so I could actually understand the game. There were a couple of weird shot choices, but the overall direction was much more stylistic than what I'm used to from Matsumoto and kept things interesting. Next week looks more action heavy, at least judging from the PV, so I'm looking forward to that although these small scenes with White seem a bit off. I assume they're planning the plot around her, so I hope they'll give her some more focus, even if it's anime original. I have to give the OST credit this episode and it's great that it's so varied already. Definitely an OST to look out for later on this year. |
| If not for the little monkey, Zap probably wouldn't have realized that he was sitting on Leo the entire time. Poor guy was out cold for a good deal of time. K.K. is hot! I like her already, even though she hasn't done much yet. I look forward to her awesomeness in later episodes. The game of Prosfair looked so grand! The atmosphere in that realm was so damn tensed too! >.< Love how headstrong Klaus is. Being able to hold out 99 hours straight against a maniac like Arlelelle proves how epic he is! Not to mention he also saved that Grandmaster who was wishing for his death earlier. Meanwhile, the ghost girl is getting along nice with Leo. She's pretty smart to figure out that he has sharp eyes. Good episode. Now that Klaus has obtained the information he wanted, team Libra's endeavor to get a good hold on the trafficking of Angel Scale should be interesting. |

Did Leo just get another room out of nowhere or is does that room belong to White? Did he finally pay for another room? I think you might be overthinking things a little here. I'm pretty sure that it was just a scene transition at the beginning and as for the building at the end, it must be at the hospital somewhere from the last episode as she says that she's been locked there for 3 years. Who knows though, you could be right as nothing is confirmed yet because she's not in the manga and these scenes are anime original. |
| Lol'd so much at how Zapp just came and sat on Leo's face XD The concept of Prosfair and winning/drawing in exchange for a any wish is really cool. Klause is friggin BA!! Dude deserves utmost respect :3 And really liked Arlelelle. His VA made him even better :O Hope we see more of him...not necessarily playing a game but just appearances at least. KugiRie's Ghost girl is really interesting. Liking her character quite a lot :3 Can't get enough of that OP and ED <3<3 |

| Another really good episode, i loved both ost and animation, and locations through the whole episode were super atmospheric.Also, great idea with that game-for-wish thing.99 hours is too hardcore tho. | Damn those games of Prosfair were intense O_O I wish that there was a game like that in the real world, looks like a game I'd enjoy playing Got introduced to this K.K lady and I like her already lol....The Doctor was a dick so I wasn't upset to see that he lost., damned arrogant prick lol....He's alright nonetheless though.....Klaus rode out that game of Prosfair like a champion, his respect is as high it can get from me Overall great episode, really loved the OST and comedic moments in this episode as well...And it seems like out Ghost girl really is a ghost since they showed us the picture through the viewers perspective and naturally, she wasn't in it.....Leo's eyes be OP xD |

| So the ghost girl is an anime original? Damn, she was pretty intriguing so I was hoping I could learn a bit more about her ahead of time even if that's not usually a wise thing to do. As for Prosfair... I'm not really a big fan of made up games like that, especially when they make them look so elaborate. I feel pretty much the same about any fictional cardgame or otherwise strategy game... Making the characters look really out of sorts and dramatic playing them always messed with my suspension of disbelief. The way they'd move their pieces so quickly, and how elaborate the "board" got by the end, I hard a hard time believing it was a living and breathing game the characters were actually playing instead of just "acting". Kind of like watching Yugioh played in the old series way back when, where deus ex machina would show up pretty much every game with no seemingly coherent rules followed from game to game to make things that much more dramatic. |
| The first part of the episode was chaotic and brought back the parts I didn't like in the first episode. But that went away quickly once they started doing the game. It was really intense, and it allowed Klaus to be awesome at using his mind, and his body. Like others have said, I'm loving White even if she is anime original. But the shipping might be kind of hard since its basically Kagura x Shinpachi in my mind xD |
| So far this is what I understand from the game. Its similar to chess and pieces and main board. Players take quick turns back and forth almost looks like they were playing simultaneously. However near the end the pacing slowed down, so why didn't Klaus or the human just take longer turns to make the game seem less short? I thought there was going to be some kind of penalty, but the fact that Klaus won by making a speech before placing down his unit made me think otherwise. |

| This show man, it's freaking fantastic right now. It doesn't patronize the viewer, doesn't force itself to let action drive the plot when it's not necessary, the soundtrack reeks of class, and the world is spectacularly detailed and vibrant. Best anime action-labeled show I've ever seen. |
