Foreign Music in Anime (Part 2)
Anime
PART 1: https://myanimelist.net/stacks/55234
A (hopefully) comprehensive list of all foreign songs used in anime.
Just to clarify: for a song to be included on this stack, it has to be sung in a language other than Japanese and written/composed by non-Japanese people, though I will count in Japanese covers of foreign songs. Also, all listed songs must be featured in the anime's *original* release, so, for example, Sydney Forest's songs used in the US Disney version of Kiki's Delivery Service will NOT be counted in.
TO SEE MY NOTES CONTAINING SONG NAMES, PLEASE SET THIS STACK TO LIST VIEW MODE
If you know of an anime that should've been included here, please let me know and I will add it!
Sorted by release date, ascending.

Instrumentals: "William Tell Overture" by Gioachino Rossini, "Galop infernal" (from "Orpheus in the Underworld") by Jacques Offenbach (for the anime, the two pieces were remixed by Kensuke Ushio and put together in a mashup called "william hell overture", but both of the original composers were foreigners, so I'm counting these in)
Other: "I've Been Floating Down the Old Green River" by Billy Murray (while this 1915 song written by Bert Kalmar and composed by Joe Cooper doesn't actually make an appearance in the show, fragments of Billy Murray's rendition of the song have been sampled in the anime's opening - "Otonoke" by Creepy Nuts)
