School Rumble

Two girls who resemble Misumi Nagisa and Yukishiro Honoka pass by in an episode of this series.
Senki Zesshou Symphogear AXZ

In Senki Zesshou Symphogear AXZ Episode 4, Tiki is reading a manga which has its protagonist and mascot based on Pretty Cure.

Both in-series manga characters even received their own merchandise.
Servant x Service

The character Megumi Chihaya's favorite anime is titled Magical Flowers, which is a reference to Pretty Cure, especially Heartcatch Pretty Cure!. Its members Gerbera Pink, Blue Hydrangea, Mimosa Yellow, Lupinus Purple, and Rose Black are notably named and designed similarly to the Heartcatch! Cures' aesthetics and names.

Shy

In the Shy manga chapter 12 (or episode 7 of the anime), Hiromi talks about an anime called Rise! Civil Revolution, whose genre and characters resemble those from Pretty Cure'.

In the mall, you can see a doll similiar to Fuwa from Star☆Twinkle Pretty Cure.
6HP (Six Hearts Princess)

Outside from the actual plot, its opening for the pilot episode, and ending for the current series have been primarily disdained by viewers and magical girl fandom for plagiarizing both the opening and the first ending of Heartcatch Pretty Cure!.
SKET Dance

The series has an anime that references Futari wa Pretty Cure, which is called "We are Nervous!" as both its title and slogan. Unlike most Cures from the Pretty Cure franchise, the two female protagonists are adult women, who are named Maternity Blue and Marriage Blue. Maternity Blue is a first-time expecting mother, while Marriage Blue is going to get married.

The sequel to this made-up anime is called No! Nervous 5, which is a reference to Yes! Pretty Cure 5.

When Nezu Ginjiro says that Kofune Ushio is like a Pretty Cure who transforms and fights, Ushio is overjoyed that she seems to have fulfilled her kindergarten dream. Ginjiro then explains to Ajiro Shinpei that he knows Pretty Cure because his grandkid used to love watching it.

Ushio also wears a Cure Happy-based mask during the summer festival.
Saiki Kusuo no Ψ-nan

In episode 16 (Season 1) of the anime, when Kusou Saiki and Teruhashi Kokomi goes on a "date", which Kokomi invites him as an apology due to her brother making a drama filming in their neighborhood, they go to the "Final Round" arcade building. Saiki plays a crane game and deliberately picks up an pretty girl figure because he knows that Kokomi dislikes them. This figure that Saiki picks up holds a strong resemblance to Cure Peach from Fresh Pretty Cure!.
Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita!

There is a popular magical girl anime franchise that references Pretty Cure in the anime's setting, which is named White Lily. It has many characters' designs and dialogues based on Pretty Cure. For example, the titular protagonist's slogan "A miracle flower that shines white! White Lily!" is reminiscent to how the Cures, such as Heartcatch Pretty Cure!, introduce themselves.

There is also a toy, which resembles the Miracle Lights, distributed to audiences during the viewing of the White Lily movie.
Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai!

In the second season's 12th episode of We Never Learn, Mafyuu cosplays as "Full Pure", full name "Magical Girl Full Pure", along with her friends, which is a huge reference to Pretty Cure.
Crayon Shin-chan

On May 18th, 2024, Crayon Shin-chan aired an episode that has Iroha / Cure Friendy and Komugi / Cure Wonderful from Wonderful Pretty Cure! as cameos to star alongside Nohara Shinnosuke and his dog, Shiro. Shin-chan and Shiro also get to dress up as Cures, while Friendy and Wonderful also have segments of them being portrayed in Shin-chan's art style.

Nohara Shinnosuke and Shiro also make a cameo appearance in Wonderful Pretty Cure! episode 16 on May 19th, 2024.
Tonikaku Kawaii

In the first episode of the series's anime adaptation, a statue of Cure Whip is at the entrance of the Usakame Kindergarten.
Tenki no Ko
Movie, 2019, 1 ep Me:- Author:-
In Shinkai Makoto's movie Weathering With You, there is one scene which has a pair of Pretty Cure cosplayers dressed as Cure Black and Cure White. They hire Hodaka and Hina for their weather-related services to make sure their photoshoot has good weather. When they pay both Hodaka and Hina, they also give them some of their Pretty Cure trading cards that strongly resemble the Pretty Cure Cards.
Aikatsu Friends!

In Episode 10 Pretty☆Sexy★Honey Cat!, Hinata Ema and Chōno Maika dress up as a duo called Cure Power Girlies, which is a direct reference to Pretty Cure.
Dragon Ball Super

The entire Universe 2 from Dragon Ball Super’s Universe Survival Saga is a huge parody of Pretty Cure, ranging from Miracle Lights, transformations, power ups, attacks, and even the girl warriors the Kamikaze Fireballs themselves.
gdgd Fairies

In episode 9, the fairies' transformation is a strong parody to the group transformation of Smile Pretty Cure!'s, both visual and design wise.
Hayate no Gotoku!!

In the second season's first episode, maids Kijima Saki and Maria disguise themselves as "Maid White Max Heart" and "Maid Black Max Heart" in hopes of helping Ayasaki Hayate and Sanzenin Nagi, who are attacked by Saeki Himuro. However, they don't even get the chance to fight Himuro, because Klaus Seishirou steps in and easily satisfies Himuro with a briefcase full of money.
Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z

In Episode 38 of Powerpuff Girls Z, when Fumika and Hanayo get hit by Him's black particles, they call themselves Follower Fumi and Follower Hana, and say "The two of us are followers!", which is a parody to Futari wa Pretty Cure.

In this movie there is a scene where Minko makes a bento meal for a little girl called Mana. The bento resembles a character (which looks the most like Madoka Kaname) but Minko says she is from Brecure, a very obviously similar name to Precure
