Even if it's not a horror some anime can get terrifying. Despite most horror anime not being scary. Gore and other stuff that is portrayed in a way that makes you feel physically sick in a horror context works as well.

Boring as fuck through the first part then went fucking gross but somehow still boring. Is the final episode worth it? No, I watched this without knowing anything - thinking it was a horror and romance not that the romance was the horror. That said the last episode does give you the conclusion you deserve after watching this shit but idk just go watch Kaguya-sama for school romance and anything else here for horror. I feel like a worse person having watched this. That said it is actually terrifiying.

Out of everything here this is the closest anime to making me get actual trauma - Most bad things that happen to a specific character in Fate/Zero are expanded on. Best use of Yandere archetype in a horror I've seen. Even the ending song made me feel sick for a time (although it's my favourite Fate ED)
