This stack includes all of the Gintama releases. I know there are many other similar stacks but I wanted to make one of my own lol
Also, they are arranged in correct watch order.

Although, there are some complexities like:-
1) Movie 1 can be watched after 57 episodes of Gintama (season 1)
2) Porori hen adaptation dosen't follows the chronological order of manga. (Read below for more details)
3) Specials can be watched anytime in any order. It dosen't really matters. (except for Jump Festa 2015 Special)

Some more points to note:-

◉ There are in total 21 openings and 30 endings of original Gintama series. When the anime was re-aired they included more 6 openings and 5 endings and called them "Yorinuki". These OP/EDs can't be seen on official anime streaming platforms but you can easily find them on Youtube.

◉ I've added a serious arc list for every Gintama release in this stack because I've noticed that most of people like to refer to them as they progress. (Select list mode to view them if you haven't already)

◉ Gintama manga includes One-shots and chapter(s) which weren't adapted into the anime. (I'll update information about them soon)

If this stack was useful, then please give me a feedback. I'd be glad to know if it was of any help :)
Also, if there's still some confusion regarding the watch order or anything else then you can ask me about it...
Gintama
TV, 2006, 201 eps Me:- Author:9
Season 1
First 2 episodes are fillers and can be skipped. Although, I would recommend watching every other filler episode of the show because they have some real good comedy.

Also, on some platforms the first 3 seasons are merged and shown as a 265 episode part(201+51+13). In this case, you can directly continue with season 4 which is Gintama° after watching that.

Included serious arcs:-

1) Benizakura: ep 58-61
2) Okita Mitsuba: ep 86-87
3) Shinsengumi Crisis: ep 101-105

5) Red Spider: ep 177-181
Gintama Movie 1: Shinyaku Benizakura-hen
Movie, 2010, 1 ep Me:- Author:8
Remake of episode 58-61 of season 1.

The storyline isn't altered at all. The only major difference in this movie and the TV version is of animation quality.

(Will update more information about it soon)

Included serious arc:-

1) Benizakura (remake): ep 1

Gintama'

Gintama Season 2

2) Baragaki: ep 43-46
Gintama': Enchousen
TV, 2012, 13 eps Me:- Author:8
Season 3
Some people actually don't consider this part as an actual season but to avoid any confusions, I've marked it to be one for this stack.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Included serious arc:-

1) Courtesan of a Nation: ep 5-9

Gintama Movie 2: Kanketsu-hen - Yorozuya yo Eien Nare

Gintama: The Movie: The Final Chapter: Be Forever Yorozuya

Gintama Movie 2: Kanketsu-hen - Yorozuya yo Eien Nare
Movie, 2013, 1 ep Me:- Author:8
An original Gintama movie which has a light Novel adaptation.

Even tho this part was written by Sorachi, it isn't considered to be a proper canon. This movie was made to be an alternate ending to the anime because they were not sure if they'll get to continue the TV series.

(Will update more information about it soon)

OVA, 2016, 2 eps Me:- Author:6
Adaptation of a single manga arc

Although, it's not necessary to follow this because it dosen't affects the main storyline.

Gintama.

Gintama Season 5

Gintama.
TV, 2017, 12 eps Me:- Author:8
Season 5

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Included serious arc:-

1) Rakuyou Decisive Battle: ep 1-12
Gintama.: Porori-hen
TV, 2017, 13 eps Me:- Author:7
Porori-hen takes place right after episode 33 of Gintama° (season 4) in the manga but they didn't released it in chronological order. It includes 4 arcs in total which are also called "slip" arcs

Since the opening and the starting episode of Porori contains spoilers of season 4 and 5, I would recommend watching it according to the release order itself.

Here are the reasons behind not following the chronological order in case you are wondering:-

1) They wanted to conclude season 4 with a specific arc. This would've not been possible if Porori hen was included in it because the end date for season 4 was fixed.
2) They wanted to provide viewers some casual episodes as a break between the continuous serious arcs at the end part of series.
