i like the temp around there too but for me it's because i sweat and get hot easily from my tachycardia
i still prefer the cold and i like the temp to be around 0-10c

i try not to fidget but i’m usually talking to people on discord while watching anime x)
it’s more of a self awareness kinda thing and have my hand on something as a mental reminder not to lose focus, if my hand comes off then i know my mind is wondering

it's not just watching anime or movies/series it's everything that i do
i kinda just have a short attention span but sometimes i find things that can keep my attention like people for example
every i watch something alone i get distracted really easily too
i think it would be really fun
