I think you mentioned this somewhere. You didn't fuck up, you found your true kink
Does the manga go farther than the anime? I have read Chrome Shelled Regios and Claymore after I watched the anime and wished that another season or two for both were made.
Vinyl is the best way to listen to music. CD's are just too clean, filters out too much. When I was a kid in the late 70's, my father picked a Marantz receiver, a pair of Altec speakers that were the size of two small tables and a turntable to which he told me the stylus was worth more than me, don't fuck with it. The sound that came out of those speakers, I felt like I was in a concert hall. The first album that he spun on that turntable was Beethoven's 9th, the sound waves bouncing off the walls were going to blast them apart. So this is what it felt like to live in Jericho! My mother was not impressed. My dad and his buddy Steve, who owned a little Hi-Fi shop and sold him the rig, were sitting on the couch, both with a glass of scotch in there hands, were oblivious to us kids and my mother, surfing the waves of sound. In the following years, he added an amp and pre-amp and better turntable ( still worth more than me lol ) but now I was in high school and could be trusted just a little and he would let me spin some vinyl. Iron Maiden never sounded better except live ( Powerslave tour ohh my Bruce and the boys put on an amazing show ).
Ah, radio in Cleveland during the 70's and early 80's was amazing. I am too young to know how great radio was in the 60's, I can only imagine.
The Browns might actually win a couple of games this year. We are a bit touchy when it comes to the browns. We know they have been a joke the past couple of years, we just don't need anyone rubbing our noses in the shit about them, especially from the Cincy area. We will get over it eventually.
What authors?
Have you been to the Rock Hall?
Our radio stations absolutely suck. Back in the 70's and early 80's, you couldn't listen to better rock stations than WMMS or M105. You heard everything from Iron Maiden to Madonna, B-sides, Live weekends during the three summer holidays, free concerts ( many times Bruce Springsteen b/c he is best friends w/ Kid Leo who was the drive time dj on 'MMS ). But it fell apart quickly. M105 was sold and became Majic 105 and played canned music then 'MMS was sold or something like that and they went to canned music. The Morning Zoo closed on 'MMS, hell they even got rid of their mascot, The Buzzard. It is so bad, I started to listen to talk radio on AM b/c the rock stations all they do is talk and hardly spin any records worth listening to.
I have immersed myself in Dance in the Vampire Bund. Found all the Volumes for both I and II plus the two sequels and side stories on Amazon. All are reasonably priced except Sledgehammer which around $110.oo.
I am going to assume you have watched the anime. I found the bgm, whenever Mina would start to get into a dark mood, to be an homage to Child in Time by Deep Purple.
Where is New Carlisle? I am in the CLE.
