Both are written by Jun Mochizuki so their designs and environment resemble, music is made by Yuki Kajiura on both, thus giving it an alike atmosphere as well. Some characters have alike personalities and manners. If you didn't like Pandora Hearts, you should give Vanitas no Carte a try. If you liked Pandora Hearts, you may also like Vanitas no Carte. If you loved Pandora Hearts, then you may love Vanitas no Carte as well. I think that people who were disappointed on Pandora Hearts' anime adaptation will be pleased by the fact that the author's new work has a worthy adaptation (until now).

Mendokusagari Danshi ga Asa Okitara Onnanoko ni Natteita Hanashi

Lazy guys doing nothing and giving lazy arguments about their lazy daily life's problems of laziness. Also, the relationship between Oota and Tanaka is alike to Hayasaka and Yasuda. Other similarities: Hayasaka has a little sister who dislikes Yasuda. Tanaka has a little sister who dislikes Oota. Igarashi's personality is alike to Miyano's. However, the premise is very different. I would recommend if you like Tanaka/Yasuda's personality.

5-toubun no Hanayome
add

It's about a tutor and his pupils. They start in a similar way, students don't accept the tutor and this one has to find a way to convince them to learn, the students finish liking the tutor. We could say that the tutor made a complete harem of varied characters BUT OKH is not yaoi (it can be considered as bishounen: pretty boys, like a reverse harem but only the boys) and the term harem is used to refer to a group of persons interested for one person in a romantic way. And also, the princes are brothers and the quintuplets are... quintuplets. But, Oushitsu Kyoushi Haine is more likely to be more enjoyable by girls than boys and 5-toubun no Hanayome on the contrary, well everthing depends on likes. Finally, OKH is more comedy and SoL (but there is drama too) driven while Quintuplets is like a romantic comedy.

Munou na Nana
add

Spoliers (?) but just if you hadn't watched chapter 1 or 2 so probably no spolier... Plots with mystery and murder. Alike to Danganronpa, Talentless Nana is a school anime in which the class is trying to find a culprit or a murderer. Characters on both shows have a different talent and during the “catch the culprit“ time this is a helpful clue for the research. Unlike to Danganronpa, on Talentless Nana the murderer is a known fact and that throws away the mystery of discovering who was the betrayer, this can make the show less interesting. Danganronpa focuses on most of the supporting characters while Talentless Nana gives screen time to only some characters at a time but always centers the attention to the main character. Danganronpa is about a survival game and it has game environment and Talentless Nana is about an organization that kills their students.

Bokuhaka and Chuubyou Gekihatsu Boy are really alike in several aspects. One of it and the most noticeable are the characters. Like this: Seri = Mizuki Hanadori = Yamato Tsukimiya = Tomoki And now both series‘ plot go something like this: Main characters obsessed with something (Seri: ignoring people ; Mizuki: making normal friends) but they are always interrumpted by someone who wants their attention (Hanadori, Yamato) and they are surrounded by weird people (Hibiki, Tsukimiya, Kimikage; Kazuhiro, Tomoki, and the others) who want to be their friends.

Hayate no Gotoku! and Mairimashita! Iruma–kun are very similar in several ways, like: •Both are about a boy who‘s parents sell him. •Both Iruma and Hayate‘s lifes change by meeting someone rich and powerful. •They are strong because of the skills they learned by living on their own as childs. •They can both fit in the Harem genre. •This is not so related but, the main characters are blue.

Both series are about someone a lot a lot of work with a supernatural maid. Both have a lot of cute characters. Both are kind of a love story. Both dragons and kitsunes are inmortals. Both are so cute. Both are seinen. I think I don‘t have anything else to say, I know that if you liked one of them you are probably going to enjoy the other.
