There doesn't seem to be much information on it in Japanese, perhaps that's why. Or it could be that Toei only did the animation and no other significant creative work. I would need to hunt around for information. Can make a thread in the Anime DB Modifications board asking if it's eligible for the database, and someone else might do the investigative work for you before I'm able to.
