Better than Evangelion in every aspect Re:Zero 3/10
Hypocrisy at max level. Bruh
Nevermind you have mediocre Death Note and trash Made in Abyss in favorites, you showed your quality.
All my favorites are ranked in the favorite list ( excpt for people and characters )
I actually don't think Bondrewd is underrated. Atleast in this site. He is amazing tho.
You have good favorites. I am not huge Psycho Pass and Death Note fan but rest 8 of your favorite animes are great especially Rakugo and Steins Gate
Thee are a a few things that aren't perfect such as some cheesiness and unrealistic things in the form of some of the melee combat that is reminiscent of things like stars wars which isn't ideal for a work of this caliber (ofcourse its still leagues beyond the corny and trashtastic sci-fi and fantasy media from it's era). The "tera-ists" could have been a bit more serious and logical in their actions and motivations and portrayals (insane cult though they are notwithstanding).
Oh and worth mentioning that a few parts towards the later episodes have deadly spoilers that absolutely should NOT be in them (if watching again and/or with other people it's best to manually skip those and only circle back later). Making sure to avoid the episode previews is also crucial since they are just straight up spoilers that can really ruin things if not nipped in the bud in time (regardless of the media i avoid previews anyway, but Logh is probably the most egregious in terms of spoilers ever).
There are a handful of things that any True Logh Fan can pinpoint that could be better, but it doesn't detract from the fact that Logh is objectively the best Anime and will all but surely always remain so.
Ps- If i were u I'd watch Arata no Overture, the Logh movie that is basically an expanded and more complete episode 1-2. Usually would be a good idea to have watched it either right before the main series, or after the first few episodes. Not cataclysmic to miss, but i consider it very very strong, actually better than the first 2 episodes eventhough they cover most of the same content. In particular there are some scenes with Yang and Jessica that the main show doesn't have that are pretty amazing and would really have strengthened the experience of watching certain things from season 1.
Legend of the Galactic Hero is truly amazing. A lot more people should definitly watch it.
