I honestly feel the anime was a hugely missed opportunity. The idea of gun packing waifus kicking ass is pretty appealing but the whole anime is sub-par.
The story was decent but it had way too many plot holes in it. Especially certain episodes where there were some new details introduced into the story, but it never really made clear how those details affected the story or it simply dropped it there.
