Enjoy the read.
Aya....just keep reading...
The story is supposed to be confusing, yeah.
Kazuki is a bit hopeless you can say...but thats another reason why his character as a whole is amazing.
Rejection is explained later on.
I believe that realising and accepting the flaws and inconsistencies of something or even someone is what actually makes you genuinely love it or them. Nothing can be flawless, noone can be omnipotent. Comprehending why that is and accepting it as is, is, for me the true nature of love.
Just keep reading. Youll not regret it.
Yeah, I always try to focus on the details. Its not that it happens in my subconsiousness, like many people claim. I try to judge taking into consideration every detail cocerning the story and my emotional attachment to the characters.
What do you think about hakomari thus far?
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, though.
Have you watched it? If so, just try to remember when was the last time we were shown the actual feelings of the characters in both the novel and the anime. It seems quite easy considering the fact even Lisbeth, who's a side character with minimal effect to the main story, gets completely fleshed out. We understand how she fell for Kirito, mostly through her comments and end up feeling for her when she herself decides to give up on him since Asuna likes him, which makes most of us want her to continue her life, get a boyfriend etc...thats how the writer wanted it to be. In the anime, even that side character's thoughts and emotions are omitted. Well, you might say it doesnt harm the series that much since its only Lisbeth. The sad fact is that exactly the same things happens to Kirito. Kirito. Who is always there to remember, associate, think, and generally convey his mindset to us when the story is presented from his POV, which is...almost all of the time. Kirito in the anime is not the Kirito I love, hes not the dedicated as fuck boyfriend, the guy that always collapses when he sees other people suffering, the guy that always thinks ahead, not like Lelouch or something, but reallistically and quite often manages to somehow outsmart his foes, hes not the self-mocking altruist I really wanna hug as hard as I can.
Its really hard to say why I consider it a terrible adaptation, but its mainly due to the lack of commentary. I first watched the anime by the way and then got into the LN, I was pretty weak at critical thinking back then, and Im talking about 7 months ago. Yeah, anime helped me develop faster than the eye could follow, lets steal Kirito's phrase right there. BTW, hes not my fave character, though. I know it seems like it, hes not. That spot goes to Hikky, and maybe Eugeo, Maria and Okabe.
Dont get me wrong, I love it, as much as an individual can love a series, but Kawahara's writing is in fact nothing but flawless, so thats why I want to end that that its the perfect time for it to have an absolutely magnificent ending, one comparable to that of Fullmetal Alchemist possibly.
Im sure youre gonna enjoy it.
Youre truly welcome. I really want to spread the word about Hakomari, and support it as much as I can.
Random question; what do you want the SAO ending to be like?
Hakomari is legitimately the best series or rather the closest to perfect series Ive ever experienced. Imagine Twillight, nothing like it lol.
I dont understand why it is so high on MAL, while it is so difficult to completely grasp. Both its surfacial and profound, symbolic contents require a much better than average mindset, view.
I guess most people were like, "oh that sounded cool, lets pretend we liked it!". That simple fact also applies to a series youre rather familiar with; SAO, and even Fullmetal Alchemist.
Its that I take MAL out of my everyday life. I come here at least twice per day, and stay for about 30 minutes. So...
