Not just the reading, but the content itself would be very challenging to translate. Many fans hope that it never gets a dub (which is a bit silly, because they don't have to watch the dub).
I'm more interested in translations from an academic perspective, because I study Japanese. In Death Parade's case, translations wouldn't be too difficult, but in other instances, like Bakemonogatari, it becomes very difficult.
Touch is awesome, it has become a personal favourite of mine in the Slice of Life genre. The animation is simple yet excellent from the time it was out, it has aged well indeed :P of course it cannot be compared to UBW or F/Z in terms of animation (XD) but the storytelling more than made up for it.
The story is pretty simple, it's about a guy named Tatsuya or better known as Tacchan. He has a younger brother named Kazuya. Both of them are in love with their next door neighborhood, Minami. Now, Tatsuya is abit of a douchebag while his younger brother is more of the ''nice guy'' in the family. Tatsuya is willing to help his younger brother with everything except for one thing, giving Minami (His love interest) to his younger bro.
As the series progress, you can see Tatsuya grow into a matured person just for the sake of his little bro. It's quite impressive really, Tatsuya's development is something you should check out for while watching the series.
