and you've shown that you suck infinitely worse than shit
by writing such a perversely disdainful review of it.
I'm back in college and my advisers are helping me work towards USAC, although I have to totally revamp what I've done in College >.> Very very busy. I'm also moving to a new house in a couple weeks and my sister is close to having her second child so I've been helping her with my first niece =)
I absolutely need to learn Japanese for my future plans and I think college/ study abroad is the only way how. I've studied it independently for over a year and while I can understand the language somewhat, and in any kind of grammar/ conjugation test I can pass it, I still don't quite understand the complex sentences, even ones that will be used in casual, everyday conversations. There's only so much to learn without a professional being there to help you.
Are you in USAC or did you choose something else and how is it working out with you? What did you end up going with and would you recommend it?
I really need to master the language, my livelihood and future happiness depends on it (no, this is more serious than understanding an episode of Naruto). Everything is for the future. Until I can take the next step all I can do is study with the resources available. I might even stop serious study of grammar and vocab and go head into serious Kanji study. Kanji isn't as hard as people make it out to be, it's just a lot to learn. If I can study Kanji seriously for the next two years until I take my next step it could give me a good advantage. Never wait for the opportunities, prepare for them and take them as they come.
You can reply whenever since I imagine you are busy being in Japan. Be it a day or a year from now I can wait.
