both are horror short stories collections. toshi densetsu is written by a female mangaka who writes a lot of female driven / female protagonist horror stories. i highly recommend for fans of junji ito.

both feature a female protagonist who isekaied into an otome game as a villianess. each also felt sympathy for the protagonist and want to make a better life for them. they both were accused of attempted murder by the female lead of the original otome game who tricked everyone around them by nefarious means to frame the villianess.

I immediately thought of bungou stray dogs after watching the first episode. The vibes are very very similar as both are historical anime with supernatural elements.

the main character teaches the other main character about something they are passionate about. in sk8 infinity, it's skating whereas in given, its music. sk8 infinity is more focused on the skating whereas given is more focused on the character relationships than the music while the music still plays a huge role. the character dynamic between the two main characters is very similar with one being more softspoken (like a lost puppy) and the other outgoing and reactive.
