Welcome to Robert's Too Late Reviews! The biggest thing to note in this review is that it obviously deals with the second season of Kiniro Mosaic. I'm coming from the assumption you've seen the first season, and if you would like, check out my review on that, as I'm going to reference a bit of what I said there in this review as well. Let's fly away!

Story: 5
The story is very much the same as last season, basically moe girls doing slice of life things, and dealing with the same issues. There's a few new wrinkles thrown in, such as the addition of a couple read more

Welcome to Robert's Too Late Reviews! Today's title is a bit interesting in that it's pretty firmly in the ecchi genre and does little to break away from the mundane checklist most harem ecchi shows follow. Yet there is a touch of uniqueness in the second half that gives it a slight edge over the tons of DxD copycats out there. Let's break it down before death claims us all.

Story: 6
In the first half of the series we have just complete and utter cliches. Hot redhead who is supernatural/related to demons? Check. Childhood best friend that's madly in love with the MC? Yep. Enemies read more

Robert's Too Late Reviews is patrolling the reviews section again, and this time only a day after the previous review was released! Quick turn around for a silly, enjoyable show. I rank a lot of shows really high, often times too high, so I'm going for a bit more realism this time. Kiniro was a charming little show, but lacks in many areas that some might find important. We're going to take that all into consideration as we move through this review. Unfortunately with wall space becoming a huge premium on the RTLR wall, we won't be adding any blonde cuties to the wall today. read more

Welcome to Robert's Too Late Reviews! Today's title is very interesting in that it is pretty much a cliched stomp through the familiar grounds of romantic comedy and harem sameness, but it is charming enough on its own to warrant a look, I believe. This isn't top shelf stuff, but sometimes that's okay. Very serviceable, even if somewhat predictable at times. Let's see if we will let this one on the RTLR wall, or if we will have it dead!

Story: 6
As I said, the story isn't anything to write home about. The synopsis does a good job covering what is going on. The rich girl read more

Kanokon (Anime) add (All reviews)
Hey all, Robert's Too Late Reviews are rampaging across the internet once again! Today's pertinent information is that I'm discussing the dubbed version of this anime, and this includes the two episode OVAs. To get to the quick of things, this anime is just terrible. It needs to be taken out behind the barn and shot. If you could only skip one show, this one would be a very strong contender. I would burn down the RTLR wall before putting anyone from this anime on it. Let's begin this fox hunt.

I make no bones about enjoying the ecchi or harem genre of shows. I read more

Another Robert's Too Late Review coming atcha! This particular anime is an interesting one, and not for the best of reasons. As always I'm working from the dubbed version, which I'm led to believe is fairly significant, as the real life pop group, from what I understand, did the voices in the original Japanese. If the story was as convoluted and overbearing in that version, my assessment would stand just as firm. Another important note is this review is covering BOTH seasons of the show, as they do make for one (in)coherent whole. No matter how cute, there will not be a spot on the read more

Hi! Robert's Too Late Reviews once again coming your way! This time we're looking at a doozy with this one! This series really pulls me in many different directions, and to be honest, half of me wants to give it a 6 or 7, and the other half wants to give it a 9 or even a 10. I just come away from it so conflicted and full of questions, yet still finding myself thinking about the series, which says something about my emotional investment in the show. So I do recommend this series to you guys, but know there's a big point or two read more

Another RTLR coming right for your eyes! This time we're dealing with a show that just basically hits the checkboxes for the harem/echhi/supernatural lists, and skips away, happy in it's ability to be perfectly average. The short of it is there is some amusement to be had here, but it's very vanilla. Not a waste of time, but there are other series that do all those thing with much more vigor. Will the RTLR wall of allergies get modified? Or is Emma Frost's position still secure? Let's drop it like its hot!

As I said, this is very much your average harem show. The main read more

Welcome to Robert's Too Late Reviews! As usual I'm working from the dubbed version, feel that's an important bit of information to impart to you guys. Another item of note is that I have not read any of the manga and therefore am coming at this purely from the anime series alone. Today's title is very interesting in that its overall rating is pretty high yet just scrolling through the top 'liked' reviews we find that they are almost all exclusively low scored. There is a great deal of derision tossed at this series that just is somewhat baffling to me. This time I have read more

Hi! Robert's Too Late Reviews back again! The question today is do I want to say I love you to the dubbed version of Sukitte Ii na yo? The short and dirty of it is yes, yes I do. It's nowhere near as formulaic as the premise may sound, and actually pulls off a very wonderful love story. It is not, however, without its problems, which we will address shortly. But for the time invested, it is worth the ride. Will the RTLR wall of romantic sweetness get a new entry? Let's throw down this hoedown.
