Both are slice of life comedy anime focused on absurd situations. "Random weird comedy stuff and deer" would be a great way to desribe them both, as Nokotan is all about deer and Nichijou for some reason has a lot of out of nowhere deer sketches.

Cheeky Japanese adult girl gets isekaid and spreads chaos through fantasy lands with her modern knowledge and endless supply of OP items she can sell or use. MCs have similar approach to problem solving: I can`t reveal my powers to anyone, or I`ll be in danger... Ooops, I did it again, lol :3 Both are stories by FUNA (who also wrote Didn't I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?!)

Same voice actor for MC who is depressed, subservient and very analytical. Very adult dark comedy about work, unfulfillment and life in general. I had to check several times if Uramichi Oniisan author wasn't also Kōji Kumeta because humor is very similar.

Bit of a long shot but Sebastian is the only anime character I can think of that can be compared to Kafuka. Nice and likeable while hiding very dark, twisted and demonic presence. Often they both pop up out of nowhere and turn situations upside down with little effort.

Protagonist is OP to ridiculous level which brings absurd situations and proper steamrolling of opponents. Sure, one is super hero parody, other is powerfantasy in fantasy setting. Both are kinda cheeky and not taking themselves seriously... and come on, the last battle in Misfit of DK Academy made laught so hard!!! And its comparable to the last fight in OPM in its sheer ridiculousness.

Some decent girls (Yui, Kyouko, Megumin, Wiz) mixed with a lot of awful people going around their days and having fun. Over the top comedy, some weaker characters are bullied pretty hard, perverts are having a field day. Plus Yuru Yuri has yandere in making. As I said, it`s fun.

Both MCs are fanatically loved by people around them. Every random little thing they do is over interpreted in a way which makes them seem like geniuses thinking 100 steps ahead.
