KARAMATSU GIRLS I SUMMON THEE!

Now, this review comes from someone who adored S1, was disappointed with S2 and fell in love with the movie. I shall be brief and spoiler-y free

Story: (7/10)
If you´ve seen the trailer or any propaganda of the film you must have realized this 6 brothers manage to travel back in time to meet their highschool selves, they have a goal to achieve, to find something, honestly the plot is simple but its execution was quite good. Imagine the sextuplets meeting their past selves??? You have 12 Matsuno´s to enjoy throughout the movie, the comedy is superior to that seen in S2 ... but it falls short to the first one. As a stand alone I think you are for quite the ride, surprisingly this movie isn’t just about comedy but it explores the relationships of the characters a bit more, its surprisingly emotional and YES YOU MAY CRY.

Characters: (10/10)
Osomatsu-san is all about the characters, their archetypes and dynamics, if your familiar with this series then you may know why Im rating this a 10, the characters are just as charming as ever. The new character has a very brief screentime yet her moments became quite memorable.

Seiyuu: (11/10)
Why giving this a special mention? Well the characters are just as charming because of the seiyuus, 6 talented veteran seiyuu with great chemistry to say the least ( Sakurai, Nakamura, Kamiyan, Fukuyama, OnoD, Irino Miyu) all of them rock the show, and their acting as the younger versions was as hilarious. I cant imagine the sibling being voices by any others!!!! A seiyuu treat to seiyuu fans.

Art: (8/10)
Same as the anime series, with bright colors and simple designs.

Enjoyment (9/10)
If you are the type of fan that got disappointed with the second season, ignore that fact and WATCH THIS , it may not be as great as S1 but its certainly way better than S2 and will leave you again craving for more!!!!!!

Tl; dr
WATCH THIS BURAZAAS, even if you felt disappointed with S2, this one is a WIN/WIN.
