I am actually very happy to hear this from you! You picked out some of the most underrated episodes in my opinion, so I very much agree! I would also add in episodes 9 (Hazuki's Shining Star), 15 (Mother's Obstinancy), 17 (Protect the Secret Base!), 19 (Father becomes honest?), 28 (Not suitable for Grandmothers?), 29 (Don't let go of my hand), 38 (Finally a second marriage?), 41 (Pop becomes a witch early on?) and 45 (Brambles of sorrow disappear!). I would include all of the episodes of Tourbillon's grandchildren as well, they were all so beautifully handled in my opinion. As you can tell, essentially all, of dokkaan was a highlight, with the exception of a few episodes which were still very good episodes in their own right.

I agree with your assessment of naisho, it was definitely a very interesting concept, however as a season it was not as satisfying of an experience as dokkaan. I can see why some people appreciate naisho a bit more sometimes, as in some ways the quality matches or surpasses dokkaan, but the overall impression and the effect on the audience is probably stronger in dokkaan, so I am happy to see you come to the same conclusion!

All that's really left for you is to watch the movie, Majo Minarai wo Sagashite! It serves as the ultimate love letter to the series, although quite a different take than what you may be used to!

Oh man, it makes me happy to see that you appreciated it as much as you did! There appears to be a new wave of doremi fans at the moment, and I couldn't feel more relieved that it seems to be spreading a bit further than the short reach it already has. I feel that it is the type of story which a lot of people are looking for but don't know that it even exists. I think that you would agree that the pay-off by the end is truly worth the time and effort that the show demands.

It is quite strange that a show which looks so childish on the outside contains among the deepest, most human forms of communication in media. It is difficult to express this in a way which convinces the majority of people, as anyway that you look at it, it is a show for young girls. And believe me, I enjoy manly stuff as much as the next guy. But there is something so special about a show which handles children and their struggles properly, and in a way which causes the adult audience to feel so strongly for it.

I have still not found any experience more heart-breaking yet fulfilling as the final streak of doremi. It just touches the soul in ways I didn't know was possible. Which was your favourite episode/moment? I find it all beautiful, but there is something special about episode 40 and from 46-51 that is simply transcending in the world of media. To put it simply, I cried more in this than I have in my whole life, as petty as it sounds haha. Glad to hear that you share the sentiment

Finally onto dokkaan! I hope that you enjoy the best that the franchise has to offer. The final dozen episodes are still my favourite experience in the medium. Just be sure to keep some tissues nearby!

Uncut. It has some unsavory sex scenes, but they are relevant to a character's backstory. If that really bothers you, you could go for the Director's Cut which edits some of it out I guess, but I wouldn't personally.
