About Animes
First of all, I only rate animes after I have finished them. Thus, I'll never be rating dropped, watching or on-hold animes, as do I believe entire series must be watched before being able to be judged. For that reason, it is rare to find a score lower than 5, which drives to my second point: If I'm watching an anime I'm definitely not enjoying, the chances of me actually completing it are quite low. Therefore, there aren't many low score animes at my list.
Besides that, I follow exactly what MyAnimeList suggests to use as a scoring system. First of all, I rate them in terms of Story, Art, Sound, Characters and Enjoyment; then I average all partial scores in order to have the definitive one. Below you can read my understanding of the scores I give, mainly for the "Enjoyment" partial score.
10. Masterpiece: Reserved for the best of the best. These animes have touched me in some profound way, and I consider them "masterpieces". 9. Great: Animes that were marvellous, but did not hit the mark to be considered a Masterpiece are evaluated as "great". Maybe I feel the show was too long (Death Note), maybe there was a damn annoying character I fully despised (Code Geass), maybe it has some logical problem (Ano Hana), or something else. 8. Very Good: These are animes that I enjoy, which made me pretty engaged with it. They have some flaws. 7. Good: The bulk of the lot. If I enjoy watching an anime, but feel nothing more than that, I feel it is "good". 6. Fine: Animes which I find entertaining enough, though lacking in many aspects, receive this rating. 5. Average: In general, these are pretty "alright" shows. I could have not watched them, and I wouldn't be missing anything. 4. Bad: Shows I disliked to watch, though nothing more than that. 3. Very Bad: These have left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. 2. Horrible: It has some quality that redeem it; despite that, though, it was a painful experience to watch. 1. Appalling: The worst of the worst. Hopefully I won't ever have to give this rating to an anime.
Retroactive score: I watched this anime before having a critical mindset about the medium in general. My memories about it are a bit fuzzy, and a rewatch would most likely make me change the score slightly, though I feel they are quite accurate.
Watched as a kid: As is implied, this is an anime I have watched as a kid - however, this tag is used only for those I have never rewatched. Therefore, I try to judge what I used to feel about them back then, and further modify the score by what I think about it nowadays. I do not factor nostalgia in. Also, since I used to watch them on TV, I'm likely to have missed a good ammount of episodes (DBZ and Pokémon come to my mind), as well as I might have rewatched different parts of the story multiple times.
Skipped fillers: If this is an adaptation and it contains fillers (typical for long-term shounen animes), I have not watched them.
Plan to rewatch: I will eventually be rewatching this show, mainly due to presenting complex themes. I might modify the score after this due to better understanding. Besides specific ones, I tend not to rewatch animes.
Watching with others: These animes, categorized as "On Hold", are only watched when I'm with certain people. Thus, their progress is slow, though it does happen. When the anime is finished, I remove this tag from it.

I completely apologize for not responding back sooner. I recognize that it's been a couple of months but I couldn't find the right things to say until now (aside from being busy with real life). First of all, thank you for the kind words. A lot of my posts throughout the forums are fairly old, but I'm glad that I'm still able to help others in appreciating Kara no Kyoukai through them, haha!
As for suggestions, it's really hard for me to recommend other shows that I'd find similar to Kara no Kyoukai especially in terms of scope and what it tried to do. And looking through your list you've already watched other works by Type-Moon through the Fate shows so I guess you've got that covered. That said, I can give some ideas for potential recommendations.
Firstly there's Psycho-Pass, which is basically a sci-fi dystopia written/created by Urobochi (same writer as Fate/Zero). Word of caution though, the second season was handled by a different writer and it was completely mishandled and the story/characters were handled very terribly. I did hear that the following movie was pretty decent since it was written by Urobochi once again, so I still plan on watching that.
I'm also planning to look into the Boogiepop franchise which is a supernatural/paranormal series not unlike Kara no Kyoukai in terms of atmosphere. It had two shows: the first was an anime-original story based on the light novels and made in 2000, the other show is the recent Madhouse production released this year in 2019 which adapts the early volumes of the light novels. While I can't completely vouch for their quality (since I have yet to watch them), I'll admit that my interest in them has a lot to do with how Boogiepop more or less influenced a lot of writers in the supernatural/paranormal scene, including a lot of Type-Moon's works such as Kara no Kyoukai.
So I guess those are some shows that might be worth checking out in the future if you're curious! ^_^
I thought the last episodes were a little bit rushed. I mean, the first half of the season was just character development and the story progression was meh. I mean, Kouichi found out what the curse is halfway through the season and at that point, they still didn't know how to break the curse.
They finally found out how to break it but it was like 7-8 episodes in if I recall correctly. The anime is an adaptation of the Light Novel and they did the adaptation right although some parts where a little bit rushed. That's really all I could say at the last coupe of episodes of Another.
