Yeah, it's that good.... Cold Steel is my very first Trails game, and I am not having any issue understanding the story. I know someone who started it like me, then went ahead and played the older games with no issues. Playing them in release order is probably the best though. Yes, the games are on PS3, PS4 PC & PS-Vita. I am playing them on the PS-Vita because I love portable gaming ^^
