see I love VANILLA and I am gonna help u to find the best ones out there.....and also gonna prevent you from watching the worst ones out there.(Why I want to do this ? Bcz I love doing it!!) ALSO I do read/watch NTR so You can check the list for recommendations .

ANIME RATING SYSTEM : If I have given a rating on any Hanime of 7 or more than that then you gonna watch it and it is probably VANILLA ......But IF the rating is below 7 then it means its animation is bad or plot is bad or basically its NTR / LOLI (which makes me turn off , obv there are some exceptions ). I do read/watch NTR bcz at this point I don't care if it has good MILFs . Loli is the only tag which I don't like .
At the end of the day , "all rating are based on my Personal Preference" still , you can trust my taste and some of the anime I have rated 6 which might be people's favorites so you can check those too .
MANGA RATING SYSTEM : Same as Above but just instead of animation if the artwork is good I might have given it a high score so its worth it .
