Yeah, but when Netflix will release begining episodes nobody knows, so my suggestion is to start watching the one piece instead of waiting for re-animated starting episodes.
And yes right now it's animation is too good😍.

Yeah, at the beginning one piece is kind of shit because of its animation, but as you progress it gets better and better. And if I talk about fillers then I would recommend to skip them because they were completely irrelevant with the story tbh👀, if you have time then u can watch but they are useless at the beginning. But after around 300-400 episodes u can watch fillers for fun only.
