Agree with your review probably the kids on the internet have low standards. The faces of the characters changed, became ugly, made fat, I would not recognize them if they did not speak. And it's not because they're supposedly grown up, simply no effort in painting. When Mikasa cried to Aran I thought it was an alien. Aran's Titan is not even scary just plain ugly. Kruger (the one who turned Aran's dad into a titan) was a lot cooler.
And not to mention the look of the warhammer and her battle with Aran, it was like a game from a gameboy
The background was too black could barely see a view, it would have been better if they had made everything white with no painting at all lol
When Levy defended Aran they just did an animation that he just emerges from the height and goes down, could barely see the sword. It does not come close to Levy's scenes against the female or beast titan or when Aran was about to eat Annie in first season there was a zoom in that he cut his neck and pulled him out (little things like that add a lot to the anime).
If that's how the anime was looked from the first episode, I'd drop the anime
on a different note, have a good day hehe
