Heheh, no worries! Better late than never, and it was fun to chat with you on Steam! Wouldn't mind at all to do that again!
I have done that as well to join some servers for sake of being part of community, and even it can be nice I think it can be hard to get into or just might feel very surface level. Overall I prefer having a handful friends with deeper connections, than trying to be active in some large community on surface level. It feels more meaningful!

Well a bullet sponge or two would be fine, but all of them were in 4 Goddesses Online! lol! And sometimes after you have gotten super strong in RPG and able to one-shot a boss or so can be fun, but I don't think that was possible in 4GO? I wish though hahah.
Yeah they dumpstered it! Tencent which is a Chinese company bought the publisher Marvelous, and no fun is allowed in China so they can't publish big tiddy ninja girl games anymore! Also the developer was under a pressure by increasing censorship demands on PS games, and pretty much gave up. Latest main line game was announced to be released in 2018 but has been in development hell since without news in years.

Oh, I loved the older FF games back in the day! FF 9 & 10 was peak. Not really a fan of the more recent games, but I do like 7 remake and waiting for the part 2 to be released on Steam.

Hehe understandable. I don't really care when people get back to me, it's way more important than when they do they are happy to do so. I created a discord server many years ago with guys from Neptunia steam group and it is still going lol. Otherwise I use discord mostly for DM's even I have joined multiple servers. A nice way to get news from games you like!

As much as I can appreciate anime with serious/tragic/dark themes, I find a number of comfy and/or silly series are enjoyable just for making me smile (for example Endro~ , Campfire Cooking in Another World With My Ridiculous Skill, ‘Tis Time for “Torture”, Princess)

Ah, they actually have apps for making friends. Actually, I also like the anonymity behind a pfp even as a guy. I think it is just more chill and you connect to others purely based on hobbies and interests without any impressions how someone might look.
And funny, I think contacting strangers on the internet in DM's to make friends feels awkward, like too straight forward! Because I'm stuck in mentality that instant messaging is for friends that you are already familiar with lol. And a good point haha I've had friends that I write in guest book style on discord like a couple times a day, so keeping touch there does not necessarily require sitting there all day.

Oh, I played 4GO and thought that was okay, until one boss fight got bugged and impossible to win because the boss was just idle posing without playing any animations and I had no idea what was going on lmao and it is ironic since the game has story scripted bosses that cheats on you. Ninja Wars I didn't play but assume it is one of the better spin offs. And I would also love more mainline Re;Birth games, it has been so many years! Oooo a PC gamer, can I add you on Steam? I'd like to see what games you play. Also there my nick is Fyk0.

Oh, I know! I have no idea how people are supposed to make friends on the internet these days outside of places like MAL that still has classic guest books on users profile pages lol, especially now that I'm in my mid 30's. So I'm happy that you accepted!

And yes! I love Nep, although I have lost faith to the series quite much with the endless spinoffs that doesn't have very good gameplay lol. Sisters VS Sisters was okay. Are you collecting platinum trophies on playstation? I have a good friend who also loves collecting those platinum trophies, but I'm a PC gamer myself.
