Both are about a bullied korean teen who gains power of a "system", complete with videogame screens and quests to clear. Btw, Questism is ptj-comic verse (same verse as lookism l, Viral Hit and others) while RQ is YLAB (who made Superstring, Bluestring and Red string verses, but it does not seem to be connected to any string so far).

Deatte 5-byou de Battle

Both are Death Games, where the MC is a anti-social gamer, who uses gamer mentality to overhelm the obstacles. Both are located in place cut from the normal world. In both the Mc later gets a blonde love interest, who's also a participant in the games. Differences: is 5-byou has superpowers, Btoom has...timed-bombs. 5-byou MC is far colder and more manipulative. Btooom! does have much better animation and a better OST.

They have the same premisse: kinda edgy fantasy mangas with a dark twist, where a protag/hero is betrayed by a evil scheming princess (plus some other people) and then killed right after defeating the demon lord (this is right on the begining of the chapter 1 of both, not a spoiler). Both are ressurected by a goddess right after, and, now insane, they decide to take bloody vengeance on the people who wronged them after so much dedication, in a sociophatic murder spree. Main plot follows from there. You could say the main charm of those stories is revenge-porn on traitors, who are just as bad as the MC (who used to be a fine person untill he was broken). The differences are, in Nidome nobody remembers the protag, or what they did to him (time travel after ressurection shanenigans). In Fukushuu, a year has passed after the betrayal and first death of the protag by the kingdom, so everyone knows about his wish for revenge and reasons. This obviously makes the plot take different paths, even if the objective and praxis of the MCs is more or less the same. Nidome is much gorier, by the way. And it's universe has video game aspects (leveling up, status screens...), which Fukushuu, so far, has not. Nidome is a isekai, Fukushuu is not.

Hilarious Mahou Shoujo parodies involving putting Gender Bending in the formula. Ore to Hero to Mahou Shoujo, the GB transformation is Male to cute little Female. In Mahou Shoujo Ore Ore is Female(s) to muscular Male(s) -and is kinda yao-ish at times, but not A LOT.

Warau Salesman New

Episodic animes, the protagonist is a supernatural being who goes on his/her way offering some help to different troubled people -whose identity change at each episode. This magical "help" has grave consequences in both cases... Warau Salesman plays far more as a slightly psychological and hugely as a mean spirited black comedy, and many of the helped are adult, while in Jigoku Shoujo is a drama/tragedy (just a few black comedy in some episodes), and the majority (not all!) of their helped are teenagers/kids. Both have some sort of "moral of the story" underlying the majority their episodic tales. Also, Warau Salesman animation is very retro-esque (late 70's/early 80's vibe, more or less), while Jigoku Shoujo is far more modern styled (for a mid 2000's show, that's it); and also often having a gothic atmosphere. Warau Salesman episodes also actually are divided in 2 mini-episodes of around 10˜11 minutes each. Jigoku Shoujo tells the one history in all it's 24 minutes.

Umareru Kachi no Nakatta Jibun ga Anna no Tame ni Dekiru Ikutsuka no Koto

Umareru Kachi is a evil version of Boku dake; both have protagonists who time-travel to their childhood, in their kid body. In the first the MC is a evildoer sicko who takes advantage of kids. In the second, MC is honorable and prevent deaths. Both are tragedies.
