Holy cow Batman, this is a horrific train wreck that can never be salvaged and it is insanity that this is rated as high as it is at the time of writing this (7.36). Alright, let's start this review of a waste of internet space and waste of time!
Story- 1
Okay, where the F do I start? This is the classic story of poor girl meeting molester whose rich, rapist who can get away with anything, the empowering guy who helps monsters, and showcases Stockholm Syndrome in the best light! Now, I'll be serious for a moment-- Wait, that's actually the story, poor girl becomes literal
...
sex slave to a rich teenager who loves to molester her and is absolutely blind to the cruel things that happen to her in part due to her cowardly nature which makes her incapably of telling anyone that she's going to be raped. The execution of this manga is horrendous and makes me want to cry, because the plot at the very VERY beginning sounds interesting, however about 4-5 pages into the first chapter you realize exactly where the story is going to go: right down Rape street which intersects Stockholm lane.
Art- 3
Honestly, I kinda like the art style, however each character is drawn like a genetic freak with bodies that look like they've come out of Left4Dead. Honestly, I'd rather tie my eyelashes into knots that look at this abomination again.
Character- 1
Okay, if I could rate it lower than 1 I would, as each character is a waste of human cells, if they were alive at least. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY that characters could exist in real life as each one would end up either in jail for multiple counts of rape or molestation, or the victims of rape and/or murder. As I stated earlier, the heroine is a pathetic excuse for a heroine, and she is about as useful as a paper towel that has been soaked in gasoline, and you are going to use it to put out a fire. The male main character is just as bad, as he is completely ignorant of what is happening around him, and loves to molest the main heroine and create people who suffer from stockholm syndrome. This manga helps us realize that there are no heroes/heroines in this world, and humans by nature are terrible and should be wiped out. Wait, that's not the point of this manga's characters? Whhhaaaaaaaaaaaaatt, no way!
Enjoyment- 1
I think I've been able to explain why I hated it with what I said above, but in case you didn't realize it, I did NOT enjoy this one bit. Every character was either a rapist or a sociopath, the story was worse than filth (wait hold up, that would be insulting to FILTH), the art is absolutely trash with no redeeming qualities.
Overall- 2 (but really 1.5)
Okay, I was pretty harsh on this one, and with good reason: it was TERRIBLE. I read some of the other reviews, and it seems that they were written by people who enjoy being abused BDSM style. So if you, the reader of this review, is anything like me then you should avoid this manga (and this author actually, as all of their work is like this one) at all costs. The only reason I read this one was because I had hoped it would be better than it actually was.
To reiterate, I did NOT enjoy watching a girl being abused and molested over and over again until she developed feelings for her captor via the Stockholm Syndrome principle. I did not enjoy reading this and again, if you are anything like me, then you'll hate this piece of garbage.

Alright, So I've tried to as fair as a job as I can at rating this....... abomination, so please bear with me here.
Story- 5
This manga starts out with the pretense that there is a rich girl out there who has a mental problem where she is attracted to bad guys, i.e. serial killers, rapists, serial rapists, the whole nine yards. Since she is a rich girl, she has bodyguards protecting her and dealing with her "darlings" in a way that is fitting for them (although it could be more severe, they are a tad soft at times). So with this whole set up, the story
...
seems to be pretty good, right? WRONG. The execution of it was terrible, and at one point in the manga the artist tried to make it into a harem rom-com, which of course flopped and they went back to the main story.
Art- 6
While I didn't like the rest of the manga, the actual art was pretty good. It was super clean, however the fight scenes in it didn't really suit the mangas feel that emanated from the artwork, which lowered my rating for the art portion (which is something I don't usually do).
Character- 3
Oh sweet baby yeezus where do I begin? Well lets start off with our tragic backstory main hero, who preaches his moral ideals at least once every chapter. Next up is the main heroine, another tragic backstory main character BUT THIS TIME this character falls in love with horrible people! It's like reading the love story between a woman named Star and Charles Manson, except Star changes serial killers every chapter. Sure she has some recovery in the Axed ending, but that little bit of character development isn't enough to redeem her for her appearances in this manga. Now, I could go on and on about the bad characters, but there were only two semi decent characters here and that is the hero's friend/ally/partner in crime (lets call him Blondie for lack of a better term) and the psycho who is in love with him, the constantly suicidal girl: Manic Girl! These characters made me laugh, which is a shock considering every other character. Anyway, bad characters all around.
Enjoyment- 2
Honestly, the only times I really enjoyed reading this manga was when it first started, and when Blondie and the Manic Girl made their appearances to lighten the overall mood. Does this manga make you want to read every page? Nope. Does this manga make you want to finish the entire series in an hour, that way you don't have to read it ever again? Yup. Does this series make you want to punch your computer? Possibly. Does this manga make you feel any sort of closure in the end, and does the ending make you feel as if the characters properly grew and are no longer the characters you were originally looking at? That's a hecken nope.
Overall- 4
Now, this overall is taken as an average of all the other scores, but I really wanted to rate it somewhere in the 2-3 realm, as I did NOT enjoy reading this. In fact, I had already dropped this once but then found it somewhere and picked it up again since I had forgotten the story. Of course, I remembered right away and instantly felt regret for picking this back up. So let this be a warning to everyone who runs across this manga, STEER CLEAR, unless of course you like angsty manga with some terrible characters, redeeming art (at least for the overall score), a bleh story, and a manga giving the feeling that you want to write your own manga just to prove that anyone can create something better than this, then this manga is for you! But if you are like me, then please heed my waring.

So, at the time of this review I have read 30 chapters, and I have never read the light novel so I have nothing to compare it to. Now then, let's start this review!
Story-8
Now while the story isn't super original, but it's pretty good. Essentially, OP main character goes to new world without the help of Truck-Kun, and gains a harem with a good amount of Lolis. Not too many, not too few. So while it may get dull at points, it's a pretty good story with enjoy pleasure for everyone, so long as you haven't read the light novel (which is different than a
...
"WN" if anyone knows what that is, there are like 3 or so iterations of this series out there).
Art-8
Lolis drawn well. Waifu material. That's really all I noticed about the art. It's pretty good. That's it.
Character-9
At the time of writing this, there haven't been any horrific characters introduced, and everyone is like-able. There isn't a single character that I truly dislike in this manga. And I really enjoy the Mc's reactions to all the the stuff that his harem members do.
Enjoyment-10
I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this manga, even though there are only 30 chapters out there. I mean, if you enjoy harem mangas with over powered main characters in a "new world" setting with lots of dialog, then you'll enjoy this manga. But if you don't like reading, then this may not be the manga for you as some of the chapters feel like you are reading a chapter in a normal book. Dense with words.
Overall-8
Honestly, the main reason I'm writing this review is because the only two reviews on this manga are pretty negative due to comparisons to the light novel, and since I haven't read the light novel, I can give an impartial review. As I stated in the enjoyment section, I really enjoyed reading this manga, even though it can be a bit chunky (not the translators fault). I honestly can't wait for more chapters to be released, however it is on a month by month release schedule due to the difficulty of translating (again, another issue with the amount of text and redrawing necessary) and the monthly releases. However, if you are interested in this manga, then reading up to chapter 30 is a good stopping point, with no severe cliff hanger and a nice semi conclusion to the story till that point (by nice I mean you feel like you can now wait the month or more for the next release).

As far as One-Shots go, Kemono no Joou was really great. If you want to read a moderately short story with some good plot elements and the makings of an excellent series, then this is for you. If you aren't down to feel bummed out that there won't be any more chapters of this great One-shot, then steer clear of this one.
Story-8
Alright, as far as storylines go this one was pretty great. The characters developed naturally, even though this was such a short piece. Now the story is that there are 12 entities that rule the world, and every 5 (or something) thousand years a
...
new king is chosen out of those 12, but instead of fighting God V.S. God, Godzilla style, they use people who can actually see these gods to fight. Interesting, right? Albeit it does seem kinda dry when you get down to it, but the overall concept is pretty intriguing.
Art-9
Now, I'm no art critic, but the art style that this mangaka used was great, the characters popped, and the battle scene was fluid. Sure, there were panels where the art style felt a bit, low brow, but overall I'd have to say that the art itself was great.
Characters-8
While they did develop throughout the One-Shot, they did still feel a bit two dimensional, and a bit conflicting, in the sense that some of the actions that the main character takes conflict with how she appears early on. While that in and of itself is not a bad thing, and is in fact welcomed by me, in this One-Shot it weighed down the story a little bit, not much but just barley noticeable. Of course, that is to be expected in a One-Shot, where the characters have very little time to introduce themselves to you and create a good first impression, which Kemono no Joou was just barely able to overcome.
Enjoyment-8
Gotta say, I did enjoy reading this One-Shot. I did wish that they would have serialized it, but like most manga it was axed before it had the chance to grow wings. I definitely would have enjoyed it more if there was more, and maybe I shouldn't say that the shortness of the story lowered my enjoyment of it, but it did and there is no helping that.
Overall 8-
Again, I have to say that this One-Shot, Kemono no Joou, was pretty great. Not a 10, nor a 9, but a solid 8. I enjoyed reading it, the art was fluid, the characters weren't stellar but they were rather good, and the story had some promising elements, but was cut down in it's infancy.

Okay, so just a warning, I am a bit biased towards this story as I've fallen completely in love with this manga. Like typical shoujo protagonist falling for the douche bag type love.
Story:
It has to be a 9 for me, all because of the comedy inside it. So here's a summary for the story so far: Our villain girl General-san loves the super hero Braveman, buuuuut it's your stalker type of love. He's weirded out, and she won't stop stalking him under the pretense of being a villain. Now, thats essentially the story, if you are looking for romance in this one you won't
...
find it. It's minuscule, and slow to develop mostly because this isn't a romance manga. Of course, if you want to laugh out loud at each character and truly smile at this hilarious and heart warming manga, then this is the manga for you.
Art:
While I'm no art critic, I can say with the 100% conviction that this is a solid 8. And extremely subtle ecchi 8, a hilariously drawn 8, and a "oh god don't walk around this corner mom I swear I'm not reading porn I swear see look they have clothes on look" 8.
Characters:
Each character is simply hilarious, from the stalker general, to the loser otaku boss of the villainous group, and to the cockroach monster girl, each character is hilarious and well done. Character development isn't really here, and you only feel for each character on the skin deep level, but if you like smiling at each character's actions then you will enjoy these characters.
Enjoyment:
10. A solid 10. An amazing 10. As you can probably tell, I really enjoyed reading this seri-wait, it's not over yet? Are you sure? Oh GoD yEs PRAISE THE SUN!!!
Overall, it has to be a solid 10 for me. I've fallen hopelessly in love with this manga, all because it was hilarious and made me smile repeatedly. Maybe you'll love it, maybe you'll hate it's lunacy, but either way it is worth a read. It may not be as deep as some manga, it may not have the drama some people are after, but what it does have makes it amazing.

Dear Future Review Reader,
Please avoid this man wha at all costs, for it is NOT worth the time it takes to read a single line of this utter garbage.
Now, I've read some pretty terribly manwha, but this one takes the cake. I'll try to not let my hatred for this manwha overflow into my review too much, but I am pretty biased so best be warned.
Story:
So, the story is that the main girl Hajin Seo has a "tragic past" and is trying to get over it by being absued by nearly everyone around her. That's pretty much the entire story summed up in one
...
sentence. It seemed like it could've gone well, the setting was interesting (a girl getting over killing a friend), but the execution of the story was dreadful. Getting through this manga (up to the 36 chapters that have been released so far) was a monolithic challenge in and of itself, all of which (the 36 chapters I mean) were about our heroine being mentally and physically abused. That's it. Nothing redeeming in this entire manga. Hence, I gave the story aspect of this manwha a 2, as it became dreadful after a few chapters.
Art:
Now, I'm no art critic, but I can assure you that a blind, quadriplegic monkey could create better art than this poor quality trash. Figuring out what character is saying is like deciphering a blind man's writing. The only reason that I didn't rate Art a 1 is because the creator's choice of surprised faces that he used. They were worth a small chuckle in the face of this appalling manwha.
Characters:
Oh dear lord yeezus where do I even begin with Characters. Go read, I don't know, 5 or 6 chapters of this manwha, then come back to this. I'll wait ......................................................................................................................................................
Done? See what I mean?
Incase anyone decided to save their retinas for a better use, like looking directly at the sun, there isn't a single actually like-able character in this piece of human filth. The main character is whinny, head strong at the wrong times, and loooooves to take abuse from everyone. The love interest is a man who's only desire is to kill the heroine, yet all he can do is think with his lower head. Every student at the heroine's school constantly attacks the heroine and they treat each other like monkey excrement, the teachers beat up and molest their students, the parents are about as bright and understandable as the parents from Charlie Brown, and for some reason it seems like the main heroine is hated by EVERYONE in this manwha. So yeah, I would rate the characters for this manwha a -1,000, but of course the lowest score I can give is a 1.
Enjoyment:
Incase it didn't come across earlier, I did not enjoy reading this manga. In fact, the only reason I forced myself to read these 36 chapters is to write this review. There isn't a single thing that I believe should be fixed about this manwha, because I believe that it should be thrown into the trash pile of terrible manwha and completely forgotten. Forever. So it's a 1 for me.
Overall:
To reiterate: The story is utter filth, the art looks like a 2 year old drew it, the characters are the single worst characters I've ever seen, and there was no way in h-e-double hockey sticks I would have EVER enjoyed even a minute of this manwha. How it's rated so highly (as of April 2017) is a miracle, or maybe it's a satanic curse. Could be either one. If I could rate it lower than a 1, I would, but it seems that I can not do that on this site so I will have to settle for a 1.
So best be warned readers, washing your eyes out with bleach or staring directly at the sun are better uses of your time and your eyeballs.

I may be a bit biased towards this manga, as it seems I have completely fallen in love with it. So much so that I download the pages, print them out, then cook them and eat them over rice.
Okay, so I may not actually do that last bit, but I really am in love with this manga.
For the Story- 10
I love the concept, which is a nice and refreshing thought compared to a lot of the stuff I've read. The story resolves around our young MC, who unfortunately attracts all kinds of criminals and generally bad guys. As the story goes on, although
...
I am at the time of writing this at chapter 20, each chapter draws you in and keeps you reading it. Infact, I only started reading it about 2 or 3 hours before this review and Im already at chapter 20 because I can't put it down (or in my case close the tab).
For the Art- 7
The art style reminds me of boku no hero academia, where each character is flushed out and nicely drawn, however the background scenery seems a bit lacking at times though. Although it is alright, as I am way more focused on the characters in this master piece.
For the Characters- 9
Each character is incredibly well done, both in the artistic sense and the character sense. In the last 20 chapters Ive read, I watched our little MC grow from a scared victim to a less scared victim. Its wonderful!! Makes me want to take the pages of this manga and roll them into sushi ro-WHOOPS FORGET THAT. I don't want to spoil any of the characters, as each one is a plot point and each one you will want to read more about as you read more of this manga.
Enjoyment- 10
I actually laughed out loud at one of the scenes, which can be a rather rare thing for me. Rarely have I fallen this hard for a manga, and I pray to sweet baby yeezus that this gets an anime adaptation as soon as it can. I can NOT wait for it.
Overall- 9
Heres a summary of what I've said: I love the story and the main concept, the characters are absolutely amazingly done, the art feels a bit lacking at times but over all its pretty good, and Ive fallen really hard for this amazing manga. Hard enough to go into ULTRA YANDERE MODE
*UPDATE*
Okay so this manga has been finished, and it has a axed type ending. Is there any sort of conclusion to this manga? Nope. Do I feel bad about it? Yeah, I wanted to see our hero of misfortune get with one of our lovely psycho ladies. Does that mean my rating will go down? Nope, I feel that even though it was an axed like ending, it was still an amazing ride from start to finish. So I'll ride on blue 9
Wait, blue 9 just lost? So Im broke? Dangnabbit.
