Dog Days wasn't even considered romance genre, I think, but it did have some really sweet moments. I'll look those recommendations up. Thanks!

I don't watch mecha either, unless it's the kind that isn't really mecha.

Give me one or two romance suggestions. I want something that'll make me cry, like Kanon 2006, but has its sweet and happy Dog Days-esque moments.

Haha, I like to judge more on the quality than on the category. If you need recommendations from any genre, go ahead and ask. I think the only genres I don't really know well are sports and romance.
