Main character moving back to a town he lived in as a child. Dark depressing mood in both anime.

If you liked Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu add

...then you might like Weiß Survive add

Both are about playing some game where the characters turn chibi. Really similar feel. Though Baka to Test is a lot funnier.

If you liked Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann add

...then you might like Needless add

Both anime have extreme over the top non-stop action that just boils your blood. Very similar art and as of lately, both have extremely good animation. Of course TTGL is a lot better than Needless BUT, some people have already watched TTGL and have nothing left of that sort. That's where Needless comes in!

Some people are unlikely to see the similarities, but they are clearly there in my eyes. Both anime have extremely unique looking characters and are very colourful. They have magic, supernatural stuff and all the products of creativity and imagination a mind can think of.

...then you might like Denpa-teki na Kanojo add

Mysterious murders with unknown suspects. Crazy psychopathic girls and a guy whos caught in the middle. If you enjoyed one of the shows, the other is a must watch.

...then you might like Denpa-teki na Kanojo add

Mysterious murders, psychopathic girls, blood and horror. These shows have them all and if you enjoyed one, the other would be a great watch too.

If you liked Shakugan no Shana add

...then you might like Fate/stay night add

Magic, fighting, colourful art. They both have em and are great watches. Although Fate Stay Night gives off a more colder feel than Shakugan no Shana.

Both have very similar animation and art style. Both silly comedies with a similar feel.

If you liked Shakugan no Shana-tan add

...then you might like Toaru Majutsu no Index-tan add

Infinitely similar because they both have same publisher and studio. In fact, Index-tan even says so at some point in the episode.

Both shows have very similar art. Both have opening songs sung by Mami Kawada. Plot is similar as new people with new supernatural powers keep coming and affect protagonists in some way. Extremely similar feel.

Both anime are about creepy girls killing people where the protagonist is paranoid and thinks they are trying to kill him. Similar feel except ChäoS;HEAd is set in a large city while Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is set in a rural village.

Both give off a very similar vibe. Both have very intriguing plots. The art in both is similar especially during action scenes due to the many special effects used. Both have pretty much the same genres except To Aru Majutsu no Index has more comedy.
