I have to believe it's a coincidence, but that is pretty wild.

Heck, maybe I'll watch both just to compare them.

Another golf anime? What's with recent trend for more of them?

Aw That's sweet. I am looking forward to this anime. It's always good when a series is finally adapted after years.

What a beautiful drawing, makes me nostalgic for the old animation.

This should be a heartbreaking story of a girl who lost her parents as a child. Golf isn't just a sport for her, as it was in Birdie Wing, for example, golf is something she inherited from her father.

The screen adaptation was undertaken by OLM Studios, whose level of work has a high level of trust. The main character will be voiced by Hayashi Rika, a very inexperienced seiyuu, and this will be a great opportunity for her to prove herself.

I have high hopes for this show, I don't like sports, but I love a nice drama in the embrace of well-designed animation.
