'Bokura no Yoake' Announces Additional Cast

The official website of the anime movie adaptation of Tetsuya Imai's Bokura no Yoake (Break of Dawn) manga revealed on Wednesday five additional cast. The movie is set to open in Japanese theaters in October 2022.

Cast
Shingo Kishi: Natsumi Fujiwara (Kemono Jihen)
Ginnosuke Tadokoro: Nobuhiko Okamoto (Horimiya)
Kaori Kawai: Inori Minase (Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu)
Wako Kishi: Haruka Tomatsu (Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo)
The February Dawn: Romi Park (Shaman King (2021))

Tomoyuki Kurokawa (Murder Princess) is helming the anime at Zero-G. Dai Satou (Cider no You ni Kotoba ga Wakiagaru) is in charge of the screenplay, and Takahiko Yoshida (Hataraku Saibou (TV)) is designing the characters.

Imai serialized the sci-fi drama manga in Afternoon magazine for 10 chapters from January to October 2011. Kodansha released the second and last volume in November 2011.

I keep forgetting this is the same show each time it gets announced. It's rather odd, as though it changes tone, changes feeling between news drops. I don't think it reflects poorly on the show, just an unusual effect.
