'Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi' Announces Additional Cast
The official site for the Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi (My Senpai is Annoying) television anime adaptation announced four additional cast this Friday. The anime will premiere on October 10 at 1:00 a.m. on Tokyo MX and BS11, followed by Tochigi TV, Hokkaido TV, Animax, and TUF TV-U Fukushima.Cast
Ojii-chan: Akio Ootsuka (Beastars)
Department Chief: Yutaka Aoyama (Drifters)
Oishi: Yuta Odagaki (Yowamushi Pedal)
Hijikata: Takayuki Kondou (Tennis no Ouji-sama)
Ryouta Itou (Yesterday wo Uttate assistant director) is helming the anime at Doga Kobo, and Yoshimi Narita (Itsudatte Bokura no Koi wa 10 cm Datta.) is handling the series composition. Jikou Abe (Arslan Senki (TV): Fuujin Ranbu character design cooperation) is designing the characters, and Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san) is composing the music.
Shiromanta originally serialized the romantic comedy manga on Twitter and pixiv on September 2017, and then began serialization on Ichijinsha and pixiv's Comic POOL on March 2018. Ichijinsha will ship the eighth volume on September 28.
Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English in May 2020 and will publish the sixth volume on November 30.
