There seems to be quite a lot of shoujo on the top part of the list. I am a Hero seems like a good one. Pokemon manga never even crossed my mind, something like that exists?

I didn't mean it that way. I meant as in, they sell in japan so they must be popular in japan. but so many of my fave series mean nothing in japan.

Better shoujo series need to rank to get commented on. This week is unremarkable. Usually we just get big series or Hakusensha titles.

they ARE good shoujos. at least...in japan, they sell ok. but those titles aren't in the US cuz not many like it in the US.

but yea, in the past few years other than older 2003-2004 series, and sometimes not even that, supernatural shoujo romance manga don't sell that well at all...dunno why though. Take Arisa for instance.

19 volumes of Switch Girl!! and still no anime adaptation. Sure, the story goes downhill quite fast, but at first it's quite fun and fresh, and even though it'll tank like most shojo adaptations, I just need this so much.
