Synopsis

Erika Sakura is her high school's most popular and attractive girl—many guys would love to date her and the girls worship her. For the sake of her reputation, she cannot see herself in a relationship with someone such as her classmate Kuzumi who is lame, boring, and dull. Unfortunately, fascinated with his quirky actions and lifestyle, Erika's mind is filled with Kuzumi and she seems unable to keep her eyes off him.

Erika's interest in Kuzumi causes her to see the type of caring person that he really is. As other classmates chime in with curiosity about the school's madonna, events lead to Erika associating with the last person she ever expected to be involved with.

This was a good experience. If you like simple romcoms, without all the drama, confusion and never ending problems; Then, this is for you! Don’t get me wrong, this manga has a little bit of all that, but it’s never abused nor gets repetitive. The characters are good, the mc is original (he is not a Kirito clone, average loner, freak, etc…), and there isn’t a single bad character. I'm just gonna ramble about what I think, The male MC's existence is next to negligible, he literally has only spoken 3-5 times till now, also the female mc is fucking annoying, sure we get she's a tsundere but there's a limit, the same thing is repeated for almost all the chapters, she won't accept her feelings, the dude doesn't even talk, leave interacting it's been her playing mind games with herself till now, it started out great and was very funny but this is a bad rom-com, as a comedy? credits, where they are due, this is a 7/10 for the comedy part. if ...

I felt compelled to review this in light of all the other glowing reviews that completely boggle me.

First, positives:
- Art was good to me.
- Sakura's character development was actually great and fun to follow, even though I don't approve of her x Kuzumi because there was zero justification for it.
- Haruna was the best character in this series & I found myself rooting for him and Yuuko more than any other characters.
- The premise gag is genuinely funny and entertaining at the beginning
