What a snooze fest. No, actually, it's worse than that. It's so linear and boring that I can't help but wonder what in the world the author was thinking when he outlined (IF he outlined) this story. In Japan, many maniacs just need to be able to see them
no imagination, horror or unexpected turns Very stupid stories about not like everyone else, special, depressive, languid anime of a boy who wants to kill, but falls in love with the sacrifice. I do not like the representation of maniacs ... There are all morons except the protagonist. Dumb morons 1 story - with beer just 2 story is stupidity and Merry Sue, well, it will definitely not be worse, right? ...

Honestly, I don't even know why I thought reading this would be a good idea. No, wait, I actually do! This manga randomly appeared on my goodreads recommendations and I was like: "this looks interesting" and I clicked it, and I saw the summary, and then I read someone say something about gore, horror and creepy stuff and well, that's pretty much why I decided to give it a try. Because you know, I have a thing for gore-y manga, but guess what. . .it didn't work for me. The only thing I liked about it was the mystery solved around the end. Nothing else.

Art - Goth's art is simple but pleasing to look at. I quite enjoyed it and to me it's what carried the manga.
As for story, the premise seemed to be very strong right up until it was revealed their homeroom teacher was the hand killer. After that point the story well down a whole of cliché tropes and edginess, shit was corny. It's very unfortunate that this one didn't turn out to be good and a great teller was just some of the dialogue between characters, just very still and incohesive. character motivations were incredibly lacking as well. Just not very well written. Sucks. |
