Manga: Yagate Kimi ni Naru
Both revolve around school life and once side is openly in persue of the other party while the other is confused about their feelings or non existing feelings, it's actually more complex of what im making it sound, all characters have their own personalities and backgrounds. Both are amazing reads, my top shoujo-ai right now.

Manga: Nan Hao Shang Feng
What can I say, they are two birds of a feather. SQ and NanShang aren't exactly the most, but two very close friends end up having very eventful school lives, full of joy, wacky moments, and all the rest of it. They are simple, good comedic manhua. I suppose they have similar relationships too, but one of them takes quite the turn. Read it for yourself and understand what greatness in manhua looks like.

Manga: Citrus
Both of these series are really, really funny. They also both focus on one couple, who are learning to navigate their feelings. Citrus is a little more melodramatic but they both have a ton of sweet moments. They are my two favorite yuri series by far. I would also recommend Pulse and Lily Love by Ratana Satis. I can't find them on MAL (they are Thai) but they are both excellent as well.

Manga: Love Stage!!
Well, Tamen De Gushi is yuri based and Love Stage!! is yaoi based. Despite those distinct differences, they do share something in common: they're both incredibly adorable and fun reads!! ^^

Manga: What Does the Fox Say?
If you're looking for another yuri manhua - SQ/Their Story is more of an innocent slice of life about two high schoolers, which is released irregularly in short chapters, and is still publishing, WDTFS is a mature drama beginning with the introduction of a new team member, that concludes after around 50 chapters. They're both engaging, and have large online followings. Their Story is sweet and funny in it's relatability, but WDTFS also has it's many cute moments.

Manga: Yamanko!
Both are of the same genre like shoujo ai and lots of comedy as well. if enjoy Yamanko you will eventually will get in love with this series as well.

Manga: Ore Monogatari!!
Both are pure and heartwarming romance stories with essentially no conflict. They are the type of manga that can bring happiness to the most desolate of souls.

Manga: Sasameki Koto
Both are shoujo ai with comedy and romance, but I recommend them due to the similitudes on the main characters, we have a "cute femenine girl" with a "tomboy girl" as couple. It was inevitable remember me of each other.

Both are gay And they also follow a similar patterns in writing. Main characters of both stories are pretty similar to each other as are their romances. Both are super wholesome and HEALTHY relationships. Read it if you are tired of unhealthy gay or lesbian relationships in other manga.
