School Zone is as a web manga released on the author's Twitter account since April 12, 2017. Official serialization began in MAGxiv on April 2, 2018. On October 10, 2022, the author announced the series would be suspended primarily due to a lack of motivation and desire to pursue other projects.

The series has been published in English as School Zone Girls by Seven Seas Entertainment since May 11, 2021.

I don’t know why anyone hasn’t made this comparison already but this manga fells like a spiritual sucesor to nichijou but Yuri. Idk why but the comedic timing and ridiculousness of the skits really reminded me of it.

Overall this is just a lovely yuri romcom, all the pairings are great and it isn’t at all trashy (in case y’all are worried about that) so i would recommend it to any serious Yuri fan that is looking for a good Yuri rom com. The art is great it has this slight emo feel to it and it just makes all the character designs better.

If you’re like me and found this manga from a certain popular YouTube video, hoping to find a “normal yuri comedy”, I’m just here to reconfirm what you already knew: This is a normal yuri comedy— and a good one at that.
Personally, I find this work to be best for casual reading– something mindless to flip through while waiting for a meeting to start or at the tail-end of a break when there’s nothing else to do. School zone. I got this manga recommended by a youtube video and it was the worst 91 chapters of my life.

Story is simple girl likes a girl but cannot confess. Then it turns into a "funny manga" with every chapter being about a joke that the "gang" make fun of. I did not like the jokes. The plot could have been very cool, but no make it a funny manga that has to be funny every 3 second.
