The most important thing is that this is one of the Chinese Manhuas that are GOOD and are worth reading. It is also quite hard to review.
"Nan Hao Shang Feng" is an episodic comedy about two friends, the friends of those friends and their shenanigans at school. The comedy is on ... over the top side, revolves around absurd situations and occasionally becomes surreal. There are misunderstanding, people doing ridiculous things with completely serious face, overly dramatic poses, there are occasional easter eggs in background, and if I were to describe it in a few words, it is a comedy of absurdity, where people often

try to do something ridiculous while trying to look serious. There isn't a lot of dialogue, actually, it is more of "show, don't tell", characters talk little and the dialogue is to the point.
If you saw Tamen de Gushi (another good chinese Manhua), this one feels very similar to the funny episodes of Tamen de Gushi, although it doesn't have Yuri in it, and serious episodes are very infrequent.
The art is obviously anime/manga influenced, but it is on realistic side, and most of the characters are adult proportioned. No chibies here, and no tiny teenagers. The guys look like they're 18 to 19 years old.
The structure is episodic and revolves aroudn ridiculous situations. As a result the characters are believable in their ridiculous acting, but there's normally no "deep psychological" stuff going on and next to no overarching elements.
I highly recommend to check it out, because it is funny and entertaining.
7/10 story, 6/10 art, 6/10 character, 7/10 enjoyment, 7/10 overall.
