i started reading this bc i came across a panel on twitter of a girl sitting in a really gross room full of junk, and i really like that kind of aesthetic so i decided to give it a go and was not disappointed. this is a really weird story about an alien tricking a young girl intro giving up her brothers soul and her subsequent quest to get revenge, it sounds pretty generic when i put it like that but there are lots of interesting paths this manga takes that u don't normally see in stories like this.

the highlight of the whole thing is ... definitely the art, lots of really cool panels depicting a neet girl, gore, guns, aliens, stuff like that.

as a whole i'd give it an 8. it's really short so u can easily read it in on sitting. would love to see an ova adapt this it'd be rlly sick animated. reminded me of becchin to mandara in a lot of ways, just the general vibe and weirdness. pretty fricking cool overall

It's a weird short story that probably would have benefited from having a few more chapters. I'd recommend reading it, since it's a short and interesting read in a way that's not what you'd expect. The summarize, two young kids (Reiko and Hiroshi) discover a starving Pokemon-like creature one day and kindly feed it. They discover the Pokemon-like creature is actually a space alien saleswoman (Ponko), looking to make big bucks by selling on Earth! When she finds out they're broke, she tries to leave, but is dragged back by.... starvation. Anyway, they work out a deal, where she'll sell them a copier that can ... copy anything at all, but there's a catch. A very unfortunate and terrible catch that reminds you never to make a deal unless you know and understand all the terms and conditions attached...

Like I said, the manga's a bit too short, it needs a bit more meat to it, but that's due to some gaps in depicting character development, as there's a bit of a time skip to the second chapter, and a need for a bit more content revolving around the subsequent deals Reiko decides to make. However, the ending is quite interesting, as it creates and depicts new circumstances and might even be worth exploring in another short manga.

This is a really short story (about 160 pages) and its both failed and succeeded on that regard.
The first chapter was one of the best beginning of any manga I have ever read.
The story presented itself in a certain way which turned 180 degrees real fast.
After the real motive of the story discoverd, we got a really dark, grousome and amazing revenge story.
The dark atmosphere and themes with the good and violent art really made it a great and twisted revenge story.
But the main problem I have with this is that it ended too soon, not because it has only 3 chapters, but because the ... story ended in the second one.
In the third and final chapter we get another tone shift but in this time it is an awkward one.
The end of the second chapter ended the dark theme really drastically and in the final chapter it feels like we get an extended epilogue to the story, leaving the revenge aspect of it (which i really enjoyed) not only without a satisfying conclusion, but even with one that ruins the revenge.
In the end, it started as a great story (a solid 9 in my opinion), but an ending which ruined the themes and the revenge aspect that I liked made it a disappointing ending.
But at last, it is a very short read so it is really no big deal.
