Being the author of the renowned Death Note and Bakuman, Ohba Tsugumi expected to create a short story with a direct proposition to all of us: Time is time that runs not fast, nor slow, but it runs nonetheless.
I have spoiled the plot, right? Well, there's not actually any plot that you will be spoiled. This 50-page one-shot is really short, and probably take at least 10 minutes of your time. That is not much of a time right?
Though it has only a short plot, it is rather powerful and evocative.
The flaw is that, it is hard to compare this short to the serialized
mangas, e.g. Vagabond, Oyasumi Punpun in terms of artwork. Just like Death Note, Ohba Tsugumi draws substantially. So don't expect some tour de force, but rather an interesting read nonetheless.
I recommend this manga to anyone especially for those who read not just for enjoyment, but also on the chase of education and growth.
