These are bodysnatcher-like psychological horrors. Parasyte is more action and gore, SNO is more horror. 

Horror thriller fans are going to love these short, horrifying stories. In both stories, the male protagonist meets a mysterious, scary girl, and soon finds out that they are in deep shit. 

Ana Satsujin and Saiteihen no Otoko shows performance in the horror and psychological field with its storytelling. Both series' main characters gets involved in very unusual circumstances. There is a lot of strange twists with the action of our characters and throughout both series, we see how bizarre they become.  

Both have extraterrestrial creatures disguising as humans Both have female main characters that change the lives of other characters Both have unsettling scenes 

Both are Gruesome, Both Main Heroine is such a Hell of a Sadist Wretch Lunatic/Worthless Scumbag, and the main character who always get fun with everybody.. That One time time, when he promised to a girl... His life became much miserable and had no choice but to accept the cruel reality... Both pack with much lot of deaths.. gory scenes but the other one was mixed up with amount of extreme ECCHINESSSS...  

Both have a girl transferring into the MC's school, who also looks like an older version of his long dead childhood friend. 

Both have monsters masquerading as humans. Aforementioned monsters devour people to stay alive.
