Both of these Manga revolve around a girl with powers to seal evil. There is a boy who appears to be a rival in the beginning but in the end, they both fight the evil together and fall in love. In CCS, sakura seals clowcards with the help of Kero, In Jeanne maron seals demons in paintings with help of Fin.

Both series have a phantom thief who steals artwork, with some romance along the way. However, they're not simple repeats of one another (even though they seem like it at first), so you can still enjoy both without getting bored.

Both are by Arina Tanemura, so: shoujo, romance, magic, comedy.
Mitsuki and Maron are also quite similiar.
Full Moon has much more drama and painful, touching situations, while KKJ is more light-hearted.
KKJ is nice, but Full Moon is way better.

Jeanne was clearly inspired from Sailor Moon, but obviously couldn't reach its epicness. Both are mahou shoujo manga in which the protagonist is the average air-headed schoolgirl... who is actually the reincarnation of someone, and who can tranform into a blonde heroine and fight against the evil. Both of the male protagonists, at the beginning, always tease the girl, who, initially, hates him, but later on the two become a couple. Also, Sailor Moon had an episode about possessed paintings (which is what Jeanne is about). The main difference is that while in Sailor Moon the transformed version of Usagi is identical to her usual self, in Jeanne Maron read more

They basically have a similar story line, about a girl having a kind of power and fights crime, while along the way she finds love.

Same autor and Kyoko is exactly like Maron. Other charcaters look the same but besides that they both have magic in it and a nice story (KKJ is better :P)

Both girls steal in the name of god. The roles are a little mixed-up but they are all classmates. The best friend in St. Tail is a nun that helps her, and in KKJ she is the detective. The boy in St. Tail is the detective while in KKJ he is the competition.^^

Both manga involve female thieves, mystery, romance, comedy.
Also, in both the officer/detective who has the duty of catching the criminal knows the latter, but is unaware of her real identity.
Cat's Eye is older and more mature than Jeanne, and the latter has some supernatural/fantasy elements.

Kind of a stretch lol, but both deal in bad guys meeting their downfall, romance and also touchy story themes as well too.

Wider messages regarding human nature are similar. Protagonists who try their best to smile. Same shoujo genre. Jeanne tends to be more episodic at times and is more similar to mahou shoujo type.

Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne and Stellar Witch LIPS are two shoujo manga that fall into the "magical girl thief" subgenre, where the main character becomes a magical girl stealing things at night with good intentions. Unlike the progenitor of the genre, Saint Tail, the main characters of these two series use actual magic to fight the fantasy evils in their way. There is also someone racing to catch her in the act, who happens to be a classmate.

both focus on thievery type plots and are fairly short as well that can be done in a day or so.

Both are being of phantom thief related plots as well as fighting for justice in the shadows.

they both have main charter as thieves.in my opinion it is must read! they are really interesting storyline . it is a great read from all age.

Beauty and the Beast of Paradise Lost and Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne are two fantasy manga with a lonesome female protagonist who has a complicated relationship with her parent(s) and therefore doesn't feel sure about love or what makes one attractive to others. Her love interest is a guy with dubious qualities but a bit of quirky quality to him, and has magical powers in both series (as opposed to the female lead having magic in one series but not in the other). Check these out if you want internal conflict within an extremely sympathetic MC.

KKJ and Maid-sama main two characters are somewhat similar. The Strong Girl who appears tough, while dealing with some family problems, and does what she can to help others. Then in the first chapter introduces the main guy who, bit by bit, understands what she goes through and does whatever they can to protect her. Sounds like the basic shoujo ideal, right? Ahah... No. It's called recommendation bc it's worth the read. Both mangas have a great meaning to them around this shoujo cliche, while their tragedy and storyline go far to make it really enjoyable.

Both from Arina Tanemura, great art and story with very twists

Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne is other manga by Arina, but not like Kanshaku-dama no yuutsu, It is one big cool story. Kajika seemd to be some kind of another Kairou Jeanne, And yri in the second story looks like Miako. basiclly they both arina's works, both very good. If you liked KDNY you may like KKJ better:3

Historical romances about a girl who has to do a certain job.

This has a more fantasy side, it's a magical girl Shoujo, but if you were able to like 20 Mensou ni Onegai!!, you should definitly like KKJ better. As for the theme, it's the same : a thief always being able to escape.

Both have young girls who are thieves and have sb helping them ("Professor" and Fin). KKJ is mahou shoujo and Maron exorcises works of art, then they consequently disappear. In PxP Hime steals worthless things but important for certain person. For both characters being exposed would mean no good.

Both are lavishly-illustrated series starring heroines imbued with supernatural abilities, whose mission is to exorcise demons hidden inside pieces of beautiful art (such as paintings, jewelry, etc.). Each story has its share of fantasy action and complicated romances. The only major differences are demographics: Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne is a magical girl/shoujo series, March Story is a seinen fantasy/horror tale.
