The basic premise for the manga was interesting in that it was a death game focused on being indirect. However, it felt like the author wasn't smart enough to properly utilize this premise, in that there were never really any moments where the traps, tricks, or twists were enough to shock or amaze the reader. Rather, it felt like things flailed around for most of it, and then it was resolved in a manner that was far too simplistic. There were some good moments outside of that, in terms of characterization and such, but how the fights actually went was weak. Furthermore, there was also the issue in ... that after the first tournament round, the manga abruptly switches into an escape room plot, where once again, it doesn't feel all that clever. In this arc too, there's strong elements and scenes in terms of the two main characters, but in terms of the puzzles it's still weak. Furthermore, there seemed to be some attempt at creating a philosophical backing to what was going on at this point, but this was somewhat nonsensical and also felt like the author was over their head. The last issue, is that the manga was very clearly axed abruptly, wherein it stops before it even gets to the second round, and hence while there was some good character growth in Nao, as the plot was barely getting started the overall the ending is completely unsatisfying. The art was really good.

tl;dr: A manga with an interesting premise but that isn't clever enough to pull it off. 

Trashy by-the-numbers seinen horror. Only 17 chapters and not emotionally demanding at all. If you've read other death game manga like, I don't know, Prison Lab, Dorei Yuugi, or anything from the "rabbit head" series, you won't be surprised by anything here except for the fact that it's cut short, and, though the game's premise and the uphill battle of the first few chapters may seem promising, the author clearly wasn't creative enough to do anything interesting with it. Lots of rape and murder and not much more - the usual misogyny you would expect from a work like this. Recommended only if you're really ... bored

Well this was a below average manga, with an interesting story but awful development and more to it, the greatest disappointment was that it was axed midway, it might have been a good manga but it was cut short and the story left unfinished, if it weren't have been axed it would be worth around 85-90 chapters. Not recommending to watch it, only reason is that you will not enjoy it at all when the manga stopped midway and unfinished.

Story:
(Spoilers - but well you can just read review and pass the manga)
The main character has a very less existence in real life andf being ... often teased as "Ghost boy". He later encountered a lady while he was running away after he threw tabasco sauce on a child's face. The lady then takes him to an office and introduces him to a tournament in which he would win a billion dollars.


There were 8 rounds in which a competitor should kill his opponent indirectly i.e. without hurting or directly killing him else it results into death. Moreover if competitor tells about tournament to third party, violation of rules resultant death.

In round 1, MC encounters a serial killer who had already killed three girls in past. He takes all information of MC, kills two more girls in subsequent way by arrows from crossbow and traps MC and makes him traumaterialised, then he tries to kill MC's sister, MC had became serious by noiw and made some moves, but all was going according to the opponent's plan. Opp. traps MC to police by trying to kill his own sister and gets him arrested. Soom at the end of 11th day he is realeased and got to know about his sister's condition and what the opp. tried to do with her. He then sets a trap for opp. where a detective kills opp. but the MC was trapped as his sister was there. In the end of scene a professor kills the opp. whom the opp. cared but shot her just before the detective comes, the detective shoots opp. and prof. and opp. falls off a building.
The MC wins and tells everything to the detective who indeed worked for the tournament's organizers and inserted an injection to kill MC, but instead MC was set on a repecharge round and there it goes shittier.

At the end of the manga, it shows that the opponent of tournament's second round is and story is shut!!!!
