Recommendations

In both of them a normal girl go live in the house of yakuza
reportRecommended by kirasakuya
Toraware no Minoue has the same type setting of a servant & master relationship in which they both fall in love with each other, but there are other obstacles separating their love. Both are also interesting and enjoyable.
reportRecommended by jHorizon
Both share the element of good looking and popular man looking out/taking care of/over seeing the welfare of a young girl. Both girls have similar personalities. They are courageous with a strong moral grounding, although the female protagonist for Arakure has a bit more depth.

The main characters are quiet similar, the main guy is in love with the girl who will take a while to understand their feelings .. both are Shoujo Comedy Romance with a touch of Drama ..

Well, when I read Dear School Gang Leader I immediately thought of Wild Ones because of the whole "girl being a leader" thing... Both girls are strong in their own way and they both have a guy protecting her... Although DSGL has more reverse harem than Arakure. Oh, and both are quite funny ^_^ If you liked one of them then you'll probably like the other one as well xD

Both girls are in yakuza families where their parents are both dead and the grandfather takes the girl in.

The circumstances of the heroines are sort of similar. In both mangas they are orphaned, then taken in my relatives that they don't really know and put in the care of guardians who are, in both mangas, very smart, handsome men who simultaneously bully and protect the heroine, and secretly devote their lives to her. Yep, the same.

well, a boy who will do mostly anything for his love and a little dense, bossy girl.
reportRecommended by Kanorin
What they have in common: - The stories both revolve around the couple and their developing relationship. - Both girls in each story have the male as the protecting figure, and they're both ninja-esque. - Both couples have complications arising from a difference in "status." - Both stories have wonderful art, coming from someone who's very picky, and the bishies are lovely. Differences: - While they both have humor elements, Shinobi (in comparison) is a bit darker than Arakure.

They both have Yakuza family and are both stories with romance.

The main characters of The Wild Ones are kind of like the ones in Pika Ichi, they're all about justice and they're adorableee<3

It blows my mind that these two are not in either of the recommendation lists. They're both very similar in the fact that the male lead is assigned as a bodyguard for the female lead and was infatuated with the female lead since they first met. While inu x boku ss is a little bit more action based the romance is very similar. Both male leads are quite attached to the female leads and the female leads thought the male leads are a little crazy in the beginning. They're very similar stories and if you like one then you'll love the other.
reportRecommended by senohal
Both the main character are always wanting to protect the others without thinking about the consequences. Other than that, Mekakushi no Kuni is more light hearted compared to Arakure.
reportRecommended by ImADillo
the relationship between the main leads in both the stories are heir of a distinguished family and their bodyguards, while Teruteru x Shounen has more going on with the plot, Arakure is based only on romance.
reportRecommended by Nivethitha
Both stories are shoujo staring a bold and and admirable heroine in an unusual living situation. Both gilrs are cared for by the male leads, and the romance is always present but slow to develop. Neither story concerns themselves too much with how many stereotypes are involved or whether the story is too episodic. They're just basic feel-good shoujo. The art styles and character's looks are not dissimilar, either.
reportRecommended by evilteddybear101
W Juliet and Arakure both star a bold and daring heroine who gets into all kinds of trouble trying to be helpful and do the right thing. The male romantic heroes are a bit more reserved but often end up both saving the heroine and being inspired by her. Neither story is huge on plot - they're not plausible, they're episodic and sometimes repetitive, there are many stereotypes. But they're both exceptionally enjoyable feel-good reads.

both have strong heroines and a familiar feel to them

Both guys have a job to protect the girl and are unsure what to do with they're feelings for her. Both girls are spirited and reckless and slowly realize they're feelings but don't notice the others. Both are absolutely hilarious and deserve to be read. When i read one i think of the other.

The yakuza element is similar and both have great humor. Also very touching romance runs parallel, yet the differing characters make these two manga something unique unto themselves.

Simple; Yakuza. Both of them live in the world of the Yakuzas

Both Sachie and Tohru are put in similar situations, and each comes to care deeply for the people she now lives with. Although Sachie is tougher than Tohru both girls share the same values, and each just seems to have interesting events happen to her no matter how much she tries to stay out of trouble. Sachie's got a gang to do her bidding and Tohru has a family that can change into animals when you hug them. What's not to like?

Story wise the two doesn't have any similarity but why I'm recommending this is because they both have a great plot. They both have a nice touching, sweet intricate story told in somewhat slow pace but elegant atmosphere. Take note this two series are over the top heartfelt and gives you a satisfying experience!

The 2 girls lost their parent and find a new home.

Same theme. Young girls who are prominent yakuza members fall in love their devoted bodyguards, even though their relationship is deemed unacceptable.
reportRecommended by shinkeikaku
Both revolve around the build up of love between a young girl and her bodyguard/mentor, although Royal 17 is alot more steamier. They both are excellent and hilarious reads, if you liked one I would suggest reading the other.
reportRecommended by nirasha
Both have the element of Yakuza in them...very good stories that make you catch your breath in anticipation and clutch your sides with laughter >.<
reportRecommended by gnemtra_ruen
both heroine/hero find themselves unknowingly part of yakuza family. (fyi - Yakuza in love=yaoi)
reportRecommended by Merciless27
They are both about "ordinary" girls with a little something added. In Hana ni Arashi it's a "little" flexibility. The girl is followed by the rich guy. In Arakure, she finds out she is the grand daughter of a Yakuza boss. Both are very fun.
reportRecommended by baka-hime
Both have great art and humor. The heroine in both GS and A are stronger than the average shoujo manga girl and they embody the theme of protection. If you liked one I would recommend reading the other.
reportRecommended by nirasha
The forbidden love twist is similar in both of these, the stories are different yet somewhat the same. They both have a rivalry between the two main characters to bump one or the other out of spin of their affections. They both have a grandfather (Wild Ones) or a father figure that doesn't quite see eye-to-eye. They're both really good! :)
